  • Guests must check in at: Sterling Resorts - Ocean Villa located at 15817 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach, FL 32412. High season (March 15 - April 15 and May 25 - August 15) reception hours are 8 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday and 9 AM - 6 PM Saturday and Sunday. Low season hours are 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday.
  • Guests planning to arrive late must contact the resort at least 48 hours in advance to receive late check-in instructions. Contact information is on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
  • The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. During the spring break vacation period, the age policy will be strictly enforced and identification of all guests will be examined at check-in. If guests are not of age, the full amount of stay will be forfeited; no refunds. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
  • Please note: This property charges a $15 regristration fee.

“it was beautiful but”

the staff upon check in was fine, but when we asked for help later in the stay they were not so helpful... overall a nice and clean facility and nice people...
