“Great place to stay!!!”

great place.....awesome location!! our room was on the 19th floor and the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing, especially for how little we paid for the room!!! the 2 bedroom condo is perfect for 4 people wanting to share the cost....and with the full kitchen, you have the option to cook your own meals, which we did and saved a LOT! i would never stay at another hotel.

“Great stay in Panama City”

This was our first trip to a beach in Florida and we were really happy with this pick. This hotel had no reviews when I booked on Expedia so I really wasn't sure what to expect. The parking was crazy and the office was not in a hurry to do anything, but the room and beach were great for us. We ended up booking an additional night while we were there which was fairly easy. It's in a very busy section of PCB, but people looking for activity will love it. We would have loved it even more if it had been set apart a little from the condos surrounding it but overall really nice condos and beach. Depending on what you prefer go to Destin or Fort South Walton for a more low key beach visit.

“Fabulous Stay!!!”

The size of the condo was great, especially the balcony. Great location on the beach across the little two lane street from a liquor store, a daiquire shop and a diner. Less than a mile from Walmart. The kids loved the pools. BBQ grills next to the pool are gas. Loved the free movie on the beach on Saturday night.

The only problem was the parking. Very limited and narrow parking facilities without having to park across the street

I couldn't get over how nice our condo was. The balcony was amazing and the view was breathtaking. The time spent at Ocean Villa was perfect. I look forward to staying there again.

“Exceeded expectations”

The condo we stayed in was on the 22nd floor and was just awesome. It was beautifully decorated with two large bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen was large and everything was very clean. The indoor/outdoor pool was a plus as was the sauna room. It was a Sunday and thankfully a real estate lady was in at her 3rd floor office. She guided us on how to check in. We had to go about 5 minutes away to get the keys. This was the only negative about this place. The condo definately exceeded our expectations. We had a most beautiful view.

“Awesome trip!!”

We just returned yesterday from a 4 night stay at Ocean Villa, and we had an AMAZING trip!! The condo is less than a half mile from Wal-Mart, restaurants, souvenir shops, Ripley's.......perfect location!! Living room/dining room were large enough for our 4 person group, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were nicely decorated and private. Can't wait to go back! I recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay at a 4 star hotel, but on a budget!!!

“OceanVilla - fantastic place to stay”

Finding the hotel was not a problem and the view from the 22nd floor was fantastic. The children loved being able to look down on the beach. The housekeeping service was great, coming everyday about the same time to give us more towels. The only concerns I had was the damage deposit which I did not know about that is required and the 2 king sized beds which I had booked were not available one I arrived. There is no difference in the price, however, the comfort level can be somewhat diminished if you are not used to sleeping on a queen/full bed.
