“Service is terrible !”

The service is so bad. I arrived at the hotel at 4:15pm, but the office is closed and the staff has stepped out of the office. Luckily, the cleaning lady gave me a number to call and it took over 30 minutes before someone came back to the office. The staff did not even opologize for the situation. TV in the living room is not working and they promised, but never come to fix it. Besides all that, the hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the beach and the swimming pool is nice.

“We had a wonderful time and can not wait to go back!!! Many great memories!!!”

The condo was a great place for a family. Easy to get to. We had plenty of room and a wonderful stay. Can not wait to go back.

“Cleaning Fee”

Hotel was average for the price. It needs some updating but overall decent. The only negative thing is the cleaning fee. We washed everything and the night before we left they give a paper w/ a list of things to do before checking out. We had to take sheets off all the bed, put dishes cleaning, take out trash, put towels and rags washing. And we had already paid a cleaning fee of over $200. Florida was a blast!!!

“Not impressed”

Cleaning fee was not ever mentioned to me during reservation. I was not very happy to drive three hours to get here only to have to pay 145.00 more than what I was exspected to pay...

“will not return here.”

Room was nice and clean. That is all I can say good about the place. Unfriendly desk clerks. Even with the high cleaning fee they wanted you to take out the trash and wash any dishes you used. Working on the parking lot so half the space were roped off.

“Dissappointed”

The receptionest was rude when we had trouble getting the door opened to our unit. The security guard even had trouble getting it opend. The door and doorknobs need to be replaced for that unit. The last night of our stay, the air conditioner went off at 12 MN and did not come back on till 6am. They would not give me any kind of refund for the inconvience.

“Nice Condo on Thomas Drive”

The hotel and beach services were nice. The room could use some improvement. We had an issue with the dryer and the smoke dectector. Also, the microwave quit on the last day. All of this was reported to the front office. The dryer was fixed very quickly.

Area recommendations

Thomas Drive. It is close enough to everything but out of the high traffic areas.
