Miserable experience

Pros: Nothing
Cons: working plumbing, an iota of customer service, wifi, clean towels and bedding and new furniture (the stuff there was falling apart!)
1. The address on Expedia is a street corner and no building was mentioned so our taxi driver had no idea where to take us. 2. After a number of calls, we found it is in a building called Sky Tower, but when we went into the lobby the front desk had no idea who we were and could not speak english. We begged them to call the number we got from the Expedia site and were told that someone was coming to meet us but we were early. So we waited for our contact to come and she finally showed us in. 3. The apartment had dirty floors and sinks. 4. There was a load of wet towels in the washer when we got there - no idea how long they had been there. The towels were stained and frayed so we bought a bunch of our own, along with our own cleaning supplies 5. The toilet in the main bedroom overflowed the first night and our 'contact' didn't answer the phone when we called. it took us about 45 mins to explain to the front desk and a fight to get them to fix it the next day. 6. The internet connection worked about 20% of the time at best. 7. The showers didn't drain properly and the water pooled up around your ankles 8. The hot tub on the roof was empty and had cigarette butts in it 9. The pool was filthy when we got there. Some other people in the pool complained and then it got drained and remained empty the for the duration of our visit
