Very classy hotel close to most things.Posted Feb 23, 2014
I had a grand time at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and attentive . The bed is way too comfy I couldn't get up out of bed and I am use to staying at the Ritz and other top hotels, but this hotel bed is something to experience. Thank you Bristol for a wonderful experience, I will deffinetly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Location, quality of the food service and luxury feel.
Cons: housekeeping is Not on their toes, the bedside lamps had 2 different color light bulbs, white vs. warm. The sheets were stained and there was no water

Nice hotel. Terrible front desk servicePosted Dec 30, 2013
Pros: Beautiful building. Fun restaurant
Cons: Front desk and conceirge need to be more prompt.
Location: Central city, bad neighborhood. Not a place to walk around
We had requested 2 double beds but on arrival they were not available. They provided a roll away that was very uncomfortable. Checkin was extraordinarily slow. A week later, we had booked another night with 2 doubles but they were on a floor that had been varnished. They moved us to a king room, again providing a rollaway. Even slower and more confused on this checkin and the subsequent check out.

Great panamian-owned hotelPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Excellent over all. I would definitely go back. Great friendly staff. Great restaurants close by. However, my contract specifically said wi-fi was included and free. They said no. I insisted and I got it free. They wanted to charge me 55$ for a bottle of Codorniu Pinot noir mousseux when the price listed was 35$. My wife booked a 40%off massage to be charged . Wine is very expensive at the hotel except for a few bottles of which many were sold out.

One Night StayPosted Dec 2, 2013
We were flying out the next day and regret that our family could not stay longer at this exquisite hotel. The staff was very professional and the facility was first class.

Most elegant in PanamaPosted Nov 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Having stayed at many other hotels in Panama, I was very impressed by this hotel. Always ask for romos in the new tower. Special thanks to Raquel in the Banquet department.

Outstanding Hotel!Posted Nov 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I think this hotel could rival any Four Seasons. The rooms was comfortable and luxurious. Loved the big soaking tub!! Also loved the scented lobby. we stayed her two different nights, our first and last nights in panama. The only down side was we were placed right by the staff closet and they started opening and slamming the doors very early in the am on the 2nd stay. I would say avoid room 1025 or rather any of the 25 rooms on any floor of the 2nd tower.
