Staff was very friendly, Good to have refridgerator in the room.. Maintain security and can arrange tours etc. etc..

Pros: Staff warm friendly, spoke English. Afro Panamanians visible and ready to assist me. I will always shop where to Staff/Team looks like me. Thank you

Location: Metro trains and bus.
Enjoyed the breakfast and front desk staff. The men were very helpful to obtain taxi when needed. Great staff. They were extremely helpful.

bad hotel

This hotel is on bad shape, they charge for towels n everything they can, no hot water n the rooms are dirty, i miss my flight on my way there due to weather issues n they dont refund my money n make me pay for a full day, the manager was not a good help she can't make any desicions, the area around the hotel is just a mess garbage all over the place not a good area for tourist.

Pros: nice swimming pool, though not cleaned regulerly
Cons: the cleanness could be a bit better, and the juices served for breakfast were artificial
Location: location is good and with close proximity to shops and banks
the hotel is conveniently located close to a big street with many shops, banks and restaurants nearby, also there is a metro station 3 minutes away

Location: magnifica
Ya habíamos estado del 28-12-14 al 2-1-15 y sabíamos de la amabilidad de todo el personal, los magníficos desayunos, la piscina y su hidromasaje, genial su sala de gimnasia y por sobretodo excelentes habitaciones, confortables y muy limpias.

Location: Magnifica, de todo.
Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y todos los lugares de interés. Caminado llegas al casco histórico, al cinturón costero a Punta Pacífica etc Muchos negocios y buenos restaurantes a su alrededor.

The oldest hotel

The pictures of the advertising were taken many years ago. You find a very old hotel and very expensive comparing to many others that offer better prices with better facilities. The safe box is old fashioned, the room doesnt have cafeteria as the mayority of the hotels in the world, The wi-fi is horrible You need to Connect with the code Each time You want to log in and poor reception (so in one day I had to enter the code 7 times!) We had an energency and the business center was closed At 7 pm! because it was sunday! So we had to Pay 43 dollars of telephone. So we will not stay there never again! We went to a very near hotel 5 stars, not 4 as this, that Also was 30 dollars cheaper! We went to 6 diferent hoteles in these 15 days vacation including diferent cities of Costa Rica and Panamá and this hotel was the worst and the expensivest one!

Good facility, middle of city

Nice rooms, good casino, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. Take cabs to anywhere. Tour bus across street.

Needs Updating

Cons: Physical appointments
Location: Near other better hotels and there are lots of restaurants to choose from.
The hotel needs a serious overhaul. The rooms are out of date. We moved from a "renovated" room to one with less plumbing updates; at least the second room didn't spray water everywhere.
