Great Hotel

Pros: Everything, hospitality, quality and quantity, excellent personnel and great food.
Cons: Probably adding a sauna room at the exercise room.
Location: great location for everything, shopping and great view of the beautiful city of panama.
outstanding, a great choice, very exclusive and responsible staff, a combination of excellent attitude and great food, it was a pleasure stay at Continental in Panama.

Well located hotel for business and shopping.

Pros: Location, parking and comfort.
Cons: Internet sometimes spasmodic.
Location: Heart of business district and 2 minute walk to Panama's excellent metro.
For our purposes it was like a home away from home.

Great hotel, convenient to all, noisy

Rooms are a bit dated, but good size. Nice staff, great pool. We found an excellent deal on Expedia. Frig in room, comfortable beds. We would go back.

Cons: TEA POT OR STUFF FOR MAKING COFFEE/TEA IN ROOM
Location: RESTAURANT, TRANSPORTATION, STORES, SUPERMARKET, PUBS, EVERY THING YOU NEED
THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND, I MUST SINGLE OUT MS. AMELIA THE OPERATOR, JASMINE FROM THE BUSINESS CENTER AND GUAN CARLOS OUR TAXI DRIVER FOR BEING SO ACCOMMODATING TO OUR NEEDS DESPITE THE LANGUAGE DIFFERENCE. THE BREAKFAST EXCELLENCE, TWO TUMS UP TO THE KITCHEN STAFF AND RESTAURANT MANAGER, GREAT WORK. YOU WILL SEE ME BACK SAME TIME NEXT YEAR. PS. Nice hotel at a very good price

The staff was very accommodating, worked along to ensure that we go the best possible stay. The bar was great and so was the jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Convenient to everything, English speaking staff, very good for the price, also has a casino.
Cons: Nothing really. Will come again.
I stayed here for 10 days. Hotel is comfortable. Breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service, decent menu. Hotel is in downtown, walking distance to some shops, grocery store and Metro to Allbrook mall is right next to the hotel. Staff is very nice. Front desk speaks English.

It's a very nice and quiet hotel

Pros: For business stay, the hotel is perfect.
Cons: from a business perspective, there are no meeting rooms a private.
Location: The location of the hotel is very central, some goods restaurants, the metro is very close.
It's a very nice and quiet hotel. It is a hotel executive court.

Well located, great wifi and breakfast

The hotel is dated but the rooms, at least the one I was given, have been refurbished and are very comfortable. The Wifi was excellent, one of the best I've ever used in a hotel anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby making the hotel very well located. Great and friendly staff. My only complaint was the staff during breakfast. While the breakfast buffet is great, the staff laughing and talking loudly with each other, leaning on chairs and ignoring guests was troublesome. Happened every morning during my stay so not an isolated incident. Great breakfast though!

Pros: LOCATION AND THE PRICE
Cons: THAT SERVICE ELEVATOR
AT FIRST THEY CHECKED ME IN AT A ROOM IN BUILDING THAT USES SERVICE ELEVATOR THAT STOPS AT EVERY FLOOR AND DOOR CLOSES WITH A LOUD BANG, AND GUESS WHICH FLOOR THEY ALLOCATED ME, THE LAST FLOOR, YES THE LAST FLOOR. SO I PROTESTED AND THEY HAD ME MOVE TO A DIFFERENT BUILDING AND A MUCH NICER ROOM. NOW I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE HOTEL HAVE OVER CHARGED MY CARD A $100. EXTRA. SO NOW I DON'T KNOW WHO TO CALL AND TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Excellent service. Great restaurants at walking distances. Easy way in and out for transportation to point of interest within 10 minutes from hotel.
