Hotel is in downtown, convenient but noisy

Pros: Close to everything-restaurants, subway, casino etc.
Cons: Check in staff, AC
I stayed here for 3 nights. Booked on expedia. When I went there, breakfast buffet was for $17.70 cents per day ($53.10 for 3 days) so I asked to upgrade to where I could get breakfast included. At check out at 5:30 in the morning I was charged $100 extra and was told they automatically upgraded me to a higher floor room so charge was more. Unfortunately the upgraded room was facing the city so I could hear cars all night and at 3:30 am every night some kind of very loud siren went off for 5 minutes. The AC in the room only worked half of the time and I had a hard time communicating that because of language barrier. Also on the first morning, I asked for a wake up call in person when I checked in but never got a call. I explained to the check out person, who seemed confused why I was charged so much more and said she will put a note and when I come back they will give me a discount. I had a flight to catch, so did not have time to argue. Also, would like to mention that I tried to settle the bill the night before but was told they could not do that and I had to wait until the next morning. By the way key is electronic, stopped working 2 times and I had to stand in line and get it re-activated.

Nice hotel

Pretty nice hotel. Clean and updated. The ice cold towel on arrival was amazing on such a hot day.

General Review

Pros: Overall comfort and amenities.
Cons: Ensure that the bathrooms in the rooms are paid close attention to on the cleaning.
Location: The location is in the middle of town and in walking distance to a few shops and restaurants, however a taxi is required to get to the mall and canal.
Our stay here was great. The hotel is in the center of town, and it was easy to get a taxi to destinations of interest. We ate twice at the hotel's restaurant and the food was great.

When I reserved this hotel the pictures of the property looked good. When I arrived it was not the same hotel as per the pictures. The hotel is old and out dated. Beware of the false advertising.

Nice hotel,close to everything,shopping etc

Pros: Staff is very nice,very confortable and close to metro, shopping and dîning.
Cons: air conditioning noisy in the room if that could be better this hotel could be very very nice

Nice and decent hotel

Pros: It´s near everything and is very easy to move everywhere. it has access to metro, taxi and can walk to all kind of stores or restaurants of all kind.
Cons: Wifi, it´s weak. you need to be next to the door to have very good signal or if you are using a small device. You need to pay for any extra device.
Location: Restaurants, supermarkets, stores, transportation, bank, and offices of all kind. it is in an old part of the city but is plenty to do.
The price was very good for all of the advantages of the place, the personnel of the staff were very useful and gentle. The food was very good and the room was clean and confortable.

Old carpets, but clean and nice beds, I spend a good night over there and nice breakfast it's not luxury perfect hotel but in general I liked it
