Great location close to casinos, local restaurants,across from landmark(church) which makes it easy to find your way back to hotel,Panama City has almost no street signs!

“Good quality hotel, in a very good location.”

Hotel was very well located. Clean facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside I found was that the rooms that are facing the street could clearly hear the church bells at 6 am. So, if you're not planning on getting up early, then you should request a room that's facing the back of the hotel, bells cannot be heard from those rooms - surprisingly. Other than that, service was great, room service was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Panama.

“Location was nice but noisy”

I was surprised that it was very very noisy inside hotel at night. At the second floor (maybe conference room), they made sounds like a disco. When I relaxed at the bar in the lobby, I couldn't almost make a conversation because of noise. In addition, at the fourth floor (poolside), there held a party at night, I could hear the noise when I was in the room, same floor.

“Bad internet service”

For occasional travel this is OK, but for business travelers the speed of the internet connection is dreadful. It took my 15 minutes to send 3 emails (text only), even loading the google home screen takes a minute.
