Darkness and cold. Staff provide few information.Posted Feb 26, 2014
When we arrive, we met a lot of people waiting for elevators. Once there, most of them complaint about The long time waiting for one. They told that they waste a lot of time (20 or 30 min) waiting for them. They recomend to take whatever. Do not mind whether is going Up or going Down. Terrible Experience. Information is confusing and staff do not provide more information tHan a hotel's map.

High-end price, low-end valuePosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Live music was nice.
Location: Location was not very convenient other than the shopping mall next door.
The staff are not very helpful, the cost of everything from food to drinks to cabs are all over priced and engineering to take advantage of the traveler/tourist. For example, when you get a cab at the hotel, the hotel staff tell you how much it will cost and then they tell the driver what they told you. You think this is for your protection until you catch a cab on your own and realize you pay about 4 - 5 times more when catching a cab at the front of the hotel. The hotel cleaning crew did not replace shampoo or conditioner on any of the 4 days. The towels were forgotten on 1 day and it took 4 phone calls to get 2 sent to the room. The elevators were often not working and when they were would take up to 20 minutes to get one to go to the lobby. We had to take the freight elevator on a number of occasions. One night returning from a night out my girlfriend did not have her room key or passport so they would not let her up until I went back to the room to prove she was my wife. That was our 3rd night there. What a humiliating experience for her!

not for families with small childrenPosted Feb 10, 2014
Location: Centric, next to a mall and the cinta costera park
I chose this hotel since it is close to a mall and maybe my wife and daughters could go for a walk when I was working but we found out that even if the mall really is attached to the hotel at a specific floor, there's no elevator to reach that level, only an escalator and this was a problem for us since we have a two year old on a stroller. The hotel is PACKED with people at all hours, to reach your room be prepared to wait and wait and wait for an elevator and when you get one, be sure you are comfortable with sharing that with 13 or so people stopping at EVERY single floor. This happened to us EVERY day we were there for a whole week. If you are travelling with young kids then forget about this place, there are a couple of clubs there and you'll feel uncomfortable sharing an elevator with a bunch of party people... The room is standard at best, nothing fancy at all, and the thing that anoyed me the most is that there are almost no lights at all!!! there's only two small light bulbs on the bathroom, making it nearly impossible to see your face while shaving. Also, there's no divition between the toilet and the sink, so only one person can be in there at any time....very unpleasant unless you are OK with that.

The best hotel in PanamáPosted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: The whole ambient on the lobby, the rooms, the restaurants and entretainment options that they have.
Cons: We had to wait at least 5 minutes every time need the elevators. They need to improve that definitely.
Location: Every thing is very close by in Panamá City, but you always are going to prefer to stay at the hotel because the entretainment on the place is great
This was my 5th visit to this Hotel and still great. The best Hotel in Panamá City

Nice facilities, so so with the staffPosted Feb 3, 2014
First time to Panama City. The hotel is in a good location across from the mall. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Lively bars and clubs. However, some but not all of the staff seemed rather annoyed or just indifferent to the fact that there were guest at the hotel. This was especially true in the bars. There would be 3 or 4 people standing behind the bar and no one would acknowledge you. I realize they may not have been the bartenders or the bartender had stepped away, but they would be texting away and tried to get their attention they would just look up at you and then continue to text. Maybe they were on break but it just does not look good at far as customer service goes. Also just little things like I would say thank you (in spanish) and there was no "your welcome" or to start there was no "may I help you". Anyway nice hotel, but corporate needs to get there and do some customer service training.

Dificult to use the elevators.Posted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: People who work in there are just fine.
Cons: Elevators an water in the shower. Taxis out side the lobby are too expensive.
Water in the bathroom shower is not good. Not strong enough and hot water does not come out at the same temperature all the time.
