First time in a Hard Rock Hotel

Pros: Clean and the rooms were huge.
Cons: The speed of the lifts.
Location: Location is near the waterfront, close to some decent shops.
I loved the hotel and all it has to offer. It was a welcome treat on my travels in Panama. The only slight downside is the lift system. The lifts take a long time to arrive, which is an issue if you are in a hurry to check out. But at least the lifts are all manned by lift operators who can help with the floor descriptions.

Pros: Everything
Cons: nothing that i remember
Location: It's located downtown but near punta pacifica and in the way to old downtown. The mall connected to the hotel is also goos and handy.
Is the second time I'm staying here and I was glad to see their excellence again. Staff is great, rooms are big and in great shape. If you get ocean view is awesome and even room service food is outstanding. I will stay again !

Premium Price Mediocre Quality

Pros: The rooftop bar.
Cons: Get rid of the huge Kiss photo in the lobby and replace with Spinal Tap...it would fit the character of the place.
Location: Visit the canal.
We stayed at the Hard Rock Panama on two occasions in one week. Despite having at least 10 elevators in operation, we were constantly stranded on floors. Average wait was 5 to 10 minutes and could go longer. The queue of people would build, so that when an elevator car finally arrived, not everyone would fit. There was a lot of jockeying and tension around who arrived first. It was scary and frustrating to feel trapped 40 floors up. What modern building has trouble moving people with that many elevators? Room quality was great...one of the best showers ever. Check in / check out was slow and frustrating. Saturday night, the music from a bar pounded our room on the 20th floor and finally stopped at 3:30 AM.

Lack of Services Culture

I spent 3 nights and the Hard Rock people could not manage the occupation for last weekend. Some of them gave me bad answer. Also, it was almost impossible to access elevators because the high number of guest. I wait up to 20 minutes to get in the elevators. It was a nightmare ... Sorry

Great hotel, alive a party on!

The hotel is awesome, there was live music every night and the parties were off the hook!! Great food and dining optiona, grear location and very nice staff. Only downside is the elevator situarion.. 62 floors, almost 3000 guest and only 8 or so elevators. If you have no problem waiting for them then you will surely have a great time there!!

This hotel rocks

Cons: Pool should be adults only, was disgusting full of kids and babies with diapers, this is the hard rock not a daycare!!! Menu way overpriced.
Love the fun, young vibe, amazing pool bar at night, super breakfast, great location.

Pros: Excellent hospitality in every area: service, breakfast buffet servers and managers.
Cons: Music too loud

It was enjoyable experience. Excellent breakfast variety, professional service in all the areas. We have to express our great experience with Ms. Aris in the concierge desk on the 1st. Floor, who rapidly (less than 10 minutes) assisted us with renting a car connecting us with Omar Saldana at the Dollar rent a car on Sunday October 5, it was so Impressive her professional and pleasant service, while she was helping us, she acknowledged the other customers with a gentle manners and smile that she will be right with them. (I didn't write her name, can remember Aris or Aysi. Our thanks to Mr Erick Beitia for his great customer relationship skills and prompt clarification to a misunderstandings at the beginning of our stay. Also Mr. Jose who works at the main entrance, he was very helpful not only with us but we observed the caring he demonstrated with the customers in wheelchairs, he make us feel VIP. Only one comment to improve; the extremely loud sound of the music specially at the disco bar that connect to the mall, the screaming of the singer on Thursday October the 10th was horrible, she sings good but tooooooo loud. We love music and dance. We enjoyed our experience and we are planning our next stay telling our family and friends where to stay!
