Nice hotel

Visit to Panama and Contadora

Pros: Wide option of restaurants, nice bars with great activity in the night.
Cons: Cable TV channels.
Location: Location is centric with walking access to a mall with casino. Multiplaza Mall is at 3 min by Taxi. Easy access to Balboa Av and Amador.
The Hotel is brand new, nicely decorated. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. Buffet is top class with variety of fruits, cereal, bread, cheese, others. Taxis at the hotel are expensive but walking 50 mts can be used public taxis by a third of the cost. Cable TV only provides a set of basic TV channels, pay per view option is $15, no new movies.

these guy are focus only making money and looking for any excuse to charge to customer. i am travelling all around the world hotel is nice rooms are ok but specially security and front desk is enough to making you crazy.

Bad customer service

Staff very rude. Stayed in the King Suite. Went to Club Bling with guest. Bought a bottle and was embarrassed and treated poorly by staff who publicly accused us of not paying to get in the club when we were clearly staying at the hotel.

Horrible Service and Treatment

They gave us very hard time. They didn't let our friend to come to our room for 30 min. They wanted to charge $100 extra. We explained the situation and they were laughing. At least the manager attended us.

I request room service and the good was so bad at the live music bar in front of Ciao the bartender took 15 minutes yo serve 2 scotch at the bar breakfast was ok but the bar attending on all the bars and discos was terrible. There is no dress code requiered for the discos and is not selective at all. Music was fine and the place is si cool rooms restaurantes decoration is si bad service is so poor.

Pros: Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Great view.
Cons: The elevators Re extremely slow.
Location: Location is great. Nearby walking path, hotel, eateries and a mall.
Hard rock hotel accommodations were outstanding. The only issue were the elevators. They are extremely slow and you could wait 10 minutes trying to leave your floor. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. It's connected to a mall and there are other stores within walking distance. The breakfast was good everyday. On weekends the hotel seemed over crowded and it was hard to get a seat outside by the pool. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Bad costumer service, the tv/saving box/door didn't work for a quile, the front desk personal was rude. The hotel is well located but the management needs to work with the employees actitud and some important things in the rooms.
