Excellent experience

the staff was very friendly, the maintenance of the hotel is really good, I stayed in love of the jacuzzi (located in the 16th floor of the hotel) I have no words to describe the city view. Perfect hotel for couples

Panama Hilton

Pros: The open space and lots of cosy seats to relax in the lobby. All staff are so friendly.
Cons: It is still developing so there are still more shops and restaurants to open, a hair salon as well as the opening of the casino annex.
Location: The bay walk is just opposite the hotel. If you like to walk in morning, it's a great way to exercise. It goes a long mile.
Panama Hotel just opened 11 days ago and we were all the first guests in the room. It is huge and overlooking the water and just opposite is the bay walk. It is 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre and where you get on the Hop on- Hop off bus stop. Also not far from all the eating good places in Panama.

Location: Good Peruvian food a block away
The people at the desk were not much helpful, poor customer service

Not recommended to go with spouse or family.

Pros: not much.
Cons: the attention of the hotel when the guest on this with a company of a woman
Location: metro.
when i do the check inn I register with my spouse, but at night when we returned from a party,the administration of the hotel always interrupted and tell me that I have to pay the ticket for the company of my spouse.

Great Hotel

The Hotel was great near a lot of restaurants and facilities, the breakfast nice food and many choices.

Nice hotel

Pros: Very helpful staff.
We stayed here one night, as we were flying out of Panama City the day after our arrival to go to Bocas. The hotel was in a decent location in the city - plenty of cabs, easy to get to where we wanted to.

God Awful

They try to over charge for the hotel and they don't have any transportation from the airport to the hotel
