The shower and the sheets was dirty. Also the hotel inside stinks of humidity.

The only criticism I have is the dining staff were incredibly rude. I went in to have lunch when I first got there and was NEVER served. However, everyone around me was. I noticed they often used their inability to speak English as their excuse to be racist. I never ate in the hotel restaurant again.

The best part about this hotel is Frank’s, the great restaurant across the street. Beirut, another nearby restaurant is quite good. The hotel itself is ok. It’s a good economical choice. Great coffee, ok breakfast, decent modern lobby decor. Very basic rooms. Our air conditioner never really worked well. There’s no in-room refrigerator which is a big inconvenience. Very small pool.

Hotel is located in the financial center, which is within close proximity to shopping and a few nearby eateries. It is fairly safe to walk around even during the evening.

The front staff is professional and the breakfast and servers are great and cleanliness perfect, the service and overall quality of the rooms, the lobby amenities is all excellent for the great price. We will be back!

Check-in was somewhat difficult and slow. In-room safe didn´t work. Got another room. The room was clean, but basic for the money I paid. Breakfast was also basic, acceptable. Pool is small. I will stay somewhere else next time for half of the price and get better service.

I HAVE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY TWO TIMES BEFORE, THIS TIME THE PLACE LOOKS RUN DOWN NOT AS WELL KEPT AS BEFORE. I HAD TO CANCELLED ANOTHER BOOKING I HAD FOR THE SAME PLACE FOR NEXT WEEK. HOPEFULLY THEY FIX THE ISSUES.

The staff was helpful and was able to communicate in English. It is located close to the Metro station. You can also pick up a taxi very easy outside of the hotel.

Good for business trip
Luchi in breakfast is the best, other waitress have no interest in customer's but everytime I stay here she standout. Keep it up luchi. Overall hotel is great, good location.

Bathroom door was pocket door and was off the track so you could NOT close or open it. Dresser drawers were the same, off track so not able to use. Missing towels.

This was about my 7th stay at the location throughout the years and never had any problems until one night I experienced lots of noise (Door slamming) on my floor during the night, so I contacted management and they did an excellent job by switching me quickly. Thanks

2nd cup of coffee is $15
Comfy and convenient. Only complaint is that I don’t eat (a big) b’fast in the morning. Just coffee. Problem is the restaurant at the hotel has tiny sized coffee cups, and will only offer you one cup before you have to pay the full $15 buffet price, just for a second cup of coffee. Thankfully there’s a Starbucks 2 blocks away.
