“very nice stay in David”

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel in David. The food was exceptional for dinner but the chef needs to learn how to cook eggs for the complimentary breakast. They were not edible in my opinion. I usually had the complimentary fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and then ordered french toast, The bartenders really know how to pour a drink (no using a shot glass for them). The service personnel were first rate and very friendly. I have not reservations about recommending this hotel and will stay there again on my next trip. This note is intended for the management if they read it: The cabinet that contains the in room refrigerator needs to be vented. The hot air from the refrigerator is trapped in the cabinet and reduces the effiency of the refrigerator.

By far, it is the best hotel in town. The premises are very well kept. The room was very large and comfortable. However although we checked in two hours after their check in time, our room was not ready and we had to wait for an hour to get the keys. The breakfast was not very good either.

“Nice quiet getaway for couples.”

VERY nice hotel. Not huge but big enough. Nice clean rooms very comfortable beds. At check-in staff was very helpful and accomodating after they accidentely gave away our room. But no complaints since they upgraded us at no extra charge of course. It's located in the center of town so no real need for a car. They have a nice big parking garage great for us because we rode our Harley to David so it stayed out of the weather. The breakfast buffett was great only reason i put a 4 on service was the staff in the restaurant need to be more attentive to guest they are waiting on. At one time we waited 15minutes just to get our waiter to bring our refill of coffee to the table. But other then that I can not complain. And almost all the staff speaks english thats a plus because my husband does not speak a word of spanish so it gave me a break from translation duties. lol

The front desk staff are excellent. The hotel is spotless and I very much enjoyed my stay. The weak point is the hotel restaurant staff. They are quite unattentative and slow.

By American standards this is an excellent hotel and a very good value. Good if you need a spot to stay in David on your way to the coast or the mountains. There's nothing to recommend David as a tourist destination.

Grate hotel in Ciudad de David. Very modern, clean and pleasant. The food is also good the breakfast as the menu in lunch and dinner.
