“Very nice hotel”

From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we felt welcomed by everyone working there. At the reception our reservations were okay and they soon placed our group in rooms near each other. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The mattress is a little bit hard for my taste. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of things offered. The pool is great and very big. The place as a whole is soo nice and relaxed. The casino is small but entertaining, the shop in the hotel helps with stuff one forgets. The people are nice and friendly. The only bad thing about the hotel was that the maid who cleaned our room did not wait for me to answer her knock on the door and she came into it. And not only once, but twice! And she did it even after I said One moment please!

“Get Away to Middle of Nowhere”

Great place to get away from everything and relax. Enjoy the monkeys at the from gate before 8:00 A.M. or around Noon. Will see a toucan or two if you're lucky.

Very pleasant place for a short break on a business trip and is perfect to feel love again.

“Very Good place to stay”

On the pool area and the dock area need more maintenance and more cleans, room 1124 air condition was not cooling enough. Other than that was very well. Great Breakfast options. Thank you.

“Charming hotel with lots to do.”

Very charming hotel. Beautiful pool and grounds and lovely lake with boat tours. Problem is it is far away from everything so you have to take taxi everywhere and its not cheap. Hotel is nice though.

“It's good for the price”

If you fly into Panama City arrange with the Hotel to pick you up. They had a police escort from Panama City to Colon. We drove by some sketchy areas. Not sure if the police escort was to protect us from other Police (shake downs) or from the towns we were driving through.

“Peaceful Stay”

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very freindly. During the time I stayed it was very quiet not a lot of people were going in and out. The staff was bilingual and greeted you every time. Only negative thing I could say is that, breakfast was free for adults, but they charged for my 9yr old. Area is close to the Panama Canal.

“Nice hotel for a Family”

We went to this hotel last week. My kids loved its big pool however I'd recommend some issues: 1. Towels have passed away, their time is over; they should have changed them many years ago. 2. There were not enogh umbrellas, less than ten and there was room for more twenty, at least. 3. Staff's a little rude, they need some customer service training
