excellent location, very quite building.. Apartment was very clean, staff were very nice..

It was a excellent place near to everything. Perfect location with everything close to the apartment even mall!. We only suggest that the beds could be improve, the mattress were hard not soft. The pillows were littles. We recommend the place for family with two children, no more than. Its a nice apartment fully furnished.

“Great non hotel choice”

A little hard to find since taxi drivers don't know addresses in Panama City. The apartment was large and clean but after a few days the time floors were dirty. New towels and sheets were provided. A/C units all worked great. The location is perfect and you are a cheap taxi ride from points of interest.

“The swimming pool water was green. Kids could not go swimming. Pool closed.”

When trying to confirm our arrival, the Apartment contact would not answer the phone. Finally tried the 800 # from the Web to have her relay message to the Panama Apartments. We were arriving late in the night and wanted to be sure that we would be able to enter our apartment. The handle to front door of our unit fell apart, the refrigerator froze everything inside, the bidet broke apart when first turned on, the shower sprayed water toward the ceiling, the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms did not work. There was 1 toilet paper provided, part of a paper towel, no soap in shower.
