“Go and bring the kids!”

All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they had activities for kids so that I could take a break during the day and have some time to myself. The night time shows were nice as well.

“Playa Blanca Resort Fallion, Panama Can't wait to go back",”

Originally we stayed 2 nights with a Panama tour group. We were so impressed we went back for an extra week after the tour had ended. This is 5 star all inclusive resort, very good main dining facility buffet style, good variety of food, excellent service, 2 very large clean clear pools, beach, five bars that I am aware of. FYI - The web site does not do a very good job of promoting the resort. In addition to main dining there are three other all inclusive restaurants (Chinese, Mexican, Sushi) and a snack bar and Disco. This is good laid back kind of place not a crowded party resort. + It's located in a portion of the Panama coast where the sun shines over 340 day per year

“GREAT TIME”

THE HOTEL WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED FROM THE REVIEWS I HAD READ.. THE STAFF WAS GREAT..THE FOOD WAS OK BUT I DID EXPECT A 5 STAR RESTRAUANT..BEACH WAS FINE..SHOWS WERE VERY GOOD..WE NEVER LEFT THE HOTEL GROUNDS ,SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS NEAR BY..AND FOUND NO NEED TO LEAVE THE GROUNDS..ITS A PEACEFUL PLACE TO SPEND A FEW DAYS..THE DRAW BACK IS THE CAB FARE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO PANAMA CITY...

“Total Relaxation, Satisfaction, and Comfort”

Looking at retirement options, my wife and I decided to take a trip to Panama for relaxation and to do a little research. We came away with positive impressions of both the country and this hotel. Service was 95% friendly (only had one immature and rude staff member encounter), facilities were somewhat older, but well maintained, Rooms were clean, views were excellent, and buffet was excellent. We went through the reservation process for the restaurant on the beach on our last of nine nights, but weren't impressed. In planning this trip, we had read many negitive reviews and lowered our expectations accordingly. However, after having stayed, we found the level of negitivity unwaranted. We had a very pleasant stay and felt we recieved excellent value as well as the ability to just relax the entire trip. The only negitive I could find was the ride from the airport to the hotel ended up being about three hours due to traffic and route (the trip back was only about two hours). When coupled with six and a half hours of flying time it's a bit tiresome on your rear end.

“VERY IMPRESSIVE”

Great hotel , very friendly , they went above and beyond in all areas to make sure that our stay was pleasant . Do not advice anyone to get a room with a ocean view as the rooms are near the entertainment area , it is very noisey if you want to sleep early ie 11.00 pm , so get a room with a garden view . Also the only other negative point is that a shuttle should be provided from the airport to the hotel for a fee say $25 pp one way , for two reasons first it costs too much by taxi and secondly for security reasons .

“Playa Blanca Hotel & Resort”

The resort has a lot of ammenities. We really had a great time. The staff is real friendly too. The only thing that we disliked was that it does get to crowded specially on the weekends, but what else could you expect for such a cheap price. I would go back to the resort anytime.

“Really nice resort”

The hotel rooms and facilities were 1st class. There is ample staff and the grounds are quite expansive. Everything one could want from 2 large pools, beachfront tikis, large dining hall, 2 other restaurants, nightclub are all onsite at this facility. There is a nightly stage show for kids that is enjoyable for adults also and there are activities at the pool during the day. All the food and drinks including alcholic beverages are included. There is a slight upcharge at one of the restaurants for extras but it's very minimal. All in all had a good time and would highly recommend. Also, the A/C was very cold and this can be important in tropical and sub-tropical environments. The only complaint was there was no internet in the rooms and in the front desk area the pay for use internet accesible through Wifi was quite slow.
