My hotel in Panama.Great food, location and staffPosted Dec 12, 2013
Pros: Food Staff Atmosphere Business
Cons: Beds are a bit hard Courtains have to be changed, impossible to sleep late with all the light!!
Location: Great Mall. The Hard Rock Hotel next door not too bad. Also not so far from Allbrook Mall which is just awesome (like Sawgrass in Florida).
My second visit this year. Very well. Great service. Great food. Super safe. Drinks kind of expensive.

Nice hotel and well locatedPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: We found the hotel to be clean and the staff was very accommodating.
Cons: Except for the staff at the reception, most of the staff including the waiters did not speak English.
Location: The hotel is located across from a shopping mall and casino.

Go outside of the cityPosted Nov 12, 2013
We stayed in Panama City for 4 days and went to Bocas Del Toro for 3 days and I wish we stayed on the islands longer. There is not much to do in the city that you can't do in a place like NYC (where we live). The only real highlight here was the Canal. November is Independence month and everything is dead! At each dinner we were the only ones in the restaurant which can be nice but gets boring when it comes to the nightlife. Santiago at the Radisson was extremely nice and helpful and made our trip extra special! We really enjoyed speaking with him. Some suggestions for management: Check the minibar before people check in. We got charged for items we never consumed and were not even there upon arrival and it was frustrating that we had to even go tell anyone about it. The cab situation outside is plain annoying. They grab you cabs that are 2-3 times more expensive than yellow cabs. So we would take a cab 5 minutes away for $15 and $4 on the way back.

Great room, not much common areasPosted Nov 2, 2013
Pros: The room is wonderful, the breakfast is very nice.
Cons: Pool area doesn't have shade over sitting areas comfortable for lounging. They cover flat surfaces to lie on but no chairs. Those are in the sun.
The hotel is great, but I do have to point out a fact that, while not immediately dependent on the hotel, greatly affects the experience and the hotel SHOULD do something about it. The staff outside the hotel doors arranging cab rides for guests (on the white vehicles, as opposed to the standard yellow taxis) is outright robbing guests. I was in shock when one of their cabs drove me to a mall (4 min drive) and was charged 17 usd, only to be charged 3 dollars for a regular cab to take me back later on. I appreciate that there is room for a premium taxi service: pre-screened drivers, maybe trained in customer service, multiple languages, or other traveler-enhancing traits (which these are not, to be noted), can reasonably ask for a 30-60% premium over a normal fare. But demanding over 5 TIMES the value is a crime. I know these logistics do not belong to the hotel, but regular guests don't know or appreciate this: they walk out and are approached and greeted by seeming staff members. I did a quick survey among other guests and evidently they pay without question and never suspect that they are charged in multiples versus the regular costs -contrary to what these people insist. I also inquired with a few taxi drivers and discovered that many times they drive for both companies (regular yellows and 'premium' whites) depending on demand, so there is no actual difference as promoted by the company. The hotel cannot allow this at their doors and turn a blind eye on it.

Sleek Inviting hotelPosted Jul 6, 2013
Everything went very smoothly, from check in to check out. I arrived on a Saturday night and found the hotel chic and lively, with attentive staff. I was even given a $20 voucher to spend in the chic lobby bar. Despite the buzz downstairs - and the Casino opposite, my room was quiet and calm. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, this hotel was a cut above what you'd expect for the price.
