“A nice place to visit”

The hotel was outside of Panama City. It is right near the Panama Canal and the Sobernia national Park. It is expensive to get to by cab. It is also expensive to get anywhere from this hotel because cab fares are very expensive. The hotel is a very good family oriented place. The staff is nice and extremely helpful. It is low key and an easy place to stay. The pools are clean and the golf course is gorgeous. The hotel is also clean and has a very nice breakfast. The hotel employs an agency which operates the tours around the areas. The main Tour Guide Juan Antonio is so helpful and well informed. His tour of the city will help you to understand Panama's rich history.

“Hotel of Choice for Panama”

We stayed at 3 hotels in Panama; and without any reservation, I can say the Radisson Hotel Summit and Golf Resort was my favorite. All personnel were friendly and helpful, especially our bellboy, Benjamin. He spoke and understood english and spanish; he gave us excellent directions for our travel to other parts of Panama. The rooms were clean, large and with all the amenities of home. The surrounding grounds of the hotel were also lovely.

The hotel is great. Not very big, but have done a nice job in making it a very nice place. The 2 pools are lovely as well as great views from the work out center. The food at breakfast as well as at dinner was very good quality. Marble and stone bathrooms are beautiful.

“Out of town oasis was JUST what we needed”

We weren't quite sure what we were getting onto when we started following the directions given from Expedia/the hotel, but it took us through town ona busy Saturday night. WHOA! We found the lack of signage in PTY difficult, but we eventually found the hotel and were stunned. It was beautiful, modern, and pristine. What great facilities. Check in late at night went smoothly, but we didn't get *quite* the same star treatment we did when we returned later in the week (with fruit drinks brought to us while we checked in and our bags held by the concierge). The Expedia booking was a bit confusing, it said on one place we were booking 2 DBL beds and in another place 1 King. We brought that up the second visit and they granted us a King bed. the beds were amazingly comfortable, the AC wonderfully functional, and the bathrooms in the rooms were very spa-like. Knowing that we would likely stay in un-air-conditioned cheap hostels for the middle portion of our trip, this was a much needed and welcomed oasis. We would TOTALLY go back.

The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. They didn't just give you directions to places in the hotel, they took us there. Stay could not have been more perfect.

“Very, very nice! traveling with small children”

The location is spectacular. The hotel is new, the rooms are literally on top of the jungle very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We eat at the hotel and the amount of food served was huge. We went with our 2 yr old daughter, so for those who are traveling with children this was a very good choice super friendly hotel and lots to see in the surrounding areas. We were given a tour of the Golf course so we could see the fauna around. Overall, a great experience.

“Panama City”

The Radisson Summit was just great--well maintained, everyone was nice, food was great, and we were close to the "canopy" of the rain forest. I'd go back whenever I'm in Panama City.
