Property looks to have been renewed. Room was as pictured. Good location. The only minor drawback was the two elevators were quite small.

My first time booking and I would definitely book again. The property is perfect and quiet with many activities and food spots within walking distance. The staff are also the best!

Poor service at the Bar. I had to wave my hand for people for service. The employees talked among themselves and not pay attention to the guest. Ran out of toilet paper. Swimming pool was being cleaned, when it should be open to the guest. Big mistake. Pool attendent, need to clean it before 8:00 AM.

Very clean, and quiet hotel. All the staff very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located, and you can walk to many attractions. Delicious breakfast is provided, and this is a big plus. All our trips were arranged by very knowledgeable and very nice staff member. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for walk to restaurants. The breakfast was a good quality. Pool was beautiful. The gym was a little outdated but it had a ton of equipment.

No VIP upgrade, however this is a systemic Expedia issue. WiFi did not work in the room, likely because it was a corner room and router was not strong. Breakfast was a Zoo. Nice hotel, but staff seemed disinterested.

Hotel was very clean. It was busy but not over crowded. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was tasty and you had many choices. The Hotel is around an hour’s pleasant walk along the ocean to the old city.

My wife and I have been staying here for over 5 years and we love it. We are simply treated like family and even royalty. Every time we arrive at time we arrive for our check-ins over the years, we can’t even get out of the Uber fast enough before a staff member is rushing to take our bags and greeting us with smiles and laughter. Being both retired Army, a DOD contractor and an educator for over 25 years, this may not be a $300 per night high class palace but to my wife and I, it’s our palace or as my wife says, our home away from home. The free breakfast has always been delicious with many options. The pool is always clean and beautiful. The pool guy treats the pool like his own baby. In closing, The Executive Hotel will always be on my Top Three best Panama City hotels to stay at. Blessings to the staff. Trent and Magaly’s

Rooms were nice. Hotel smelled a little wet but I'm sure that the case with most hotels because of the high humidity. The check in lady wasn't too attentive. She was talking with her friends while checking me in. She really seemed like she didn't want to be there.
