Very quiet and private and clean. Pool and hot tub area too small. Bedding on bed was dated and pillows very flat and uncomfortable.

Lovely stay in Boquete.
The Haven and Span is great. Walking distance to Boquete's downtown area and the rooms are lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast brought to the room, although the ham sandwich was not very good and not appropriate for a non-pork eater. The worst part of our stay was due to the fact that the flower festival was in full bloom and the music went on until early morning. Sleeping was quite difficult due to the noise.

Paradise haven in Boquete
The Haven was a wonderful place to stay, a hidden paradise in the mountains. I felt so relaxed and the facilities were fantastic. The most impressive fitness suite I've see in a long time.

The stay was just wonderful, the hotel is truly a heaven. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is served to the room at the time you want. Facilities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna) are all perfect to have a relaxing time. Will definitely recommend to others and would stay again. Location is very quite and still close to everything with the short drive.

This property was very beautiful and accommodating. On the second night of our stay the hotel alarm went off. It took at least an hour to contact and have hotel staff attend to the alarm. We are not used to hotels that do not have staff working or on site at night to deal with something like this. Staff were so polite and apologetic. A system that alerts staff and guests would be of benefit. Hotel staff were so good at providing us with breakfast options that did not have nuts...a big deal for us.

The place was great for us and staff was great and friendly very quiet place just some helpful info there is no staff or use of facilities after 8pm until 7am breakfast is from 730am on I did not find it to be a short walk to town but taxi was only $3 I hope this helps Someone

Excellent Staff and Atmosphere
The staff is fantastic! The massage was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are immaculate! The jacuzzi was tepid. Not having a microwave in our room was very inconvenient, particularly since the hotel doesn’t service hot meals. It would have been nice to warm your restaurant leftovers.

Great relaxing stay!
Stayed at the Haven for 3 nights. It is a perfect relaxing getaway and only 10 minute walk away from town. I would stay here again. There’s a nice gym, yoga room, pool, sauna and hot tub for guests as well as water and breakfast in the rooms. Very quiet at night and great patio from our room. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relax and recharge for a few days.

Great location in boquete
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great. I didn’t like the breakfast. It was served in the room and left at the mini refrigerator so it was cereal, milk, a sandwich, fruit and a granola. I don’t like eating in hotel rooms. If I go to a nice hotel I expect the great buffet with eggs and everything. The bed cover looked old. Great location near center.

Always great to be back at Haven
We stay at Haven 2-3 times per year. Always very clean with great staff. Nice attached patio on green belt. with babbling creek.. light breakfast in room refrigerator daily. Clean and Peaceful. No roosters! (Roosters can spoil say in Boquete) . Some hotels have adjacent properties with roosters that start crowing at 4:OO Haven has no Roosters nearby.

Second time in the hotel and we will come back
Close to everything but in a quiet zone where the only noise is nature softly speaking to the guests. Good gym, swiming pool and kind staff. Very good place to stay.

Pricey hotel with sub-par bed with flat pillows.
Pricey hotel with sub-par bed with flat pillows. Our back aches. AC is located above our heads (not a good location to place AC). Only one thin sheet was available and no comforter. It was pebble roads to come to this hotel from the main road. You will need a vehicle (recommended, no Uber service) to this area of Boquette. Be sure to rent as taxi can be very expensive (in and out of your hotel). At night there were lots of bugs and mosquitos and flying above lights (so be sure to closed doors always). Facilities are open from 8 am to 8 pm. It would be nice to have the gym open until midnight.

My experience
The room wasn't romantic by any standard. While all the competition offers coffee and sometype of breakfast in a nice setting, you are given a muffin near your fridge and make your own coffee in your room. The landscapes is nice, they make no effort to bring you outside and enjoy breakfast in nature. The energy was like a spa but very cold. The pool inside is tiny, the hot tube smaller.not an ounce of romantic energy. I check out the garden inn. A totally different experience and lower price

Consistently excellent! Best place we have stayed in Boquete. Always made to feel special and at home. Love the rooms, the health breakfast of paypaya, pineapple, yogurt, cereal and muffin. The staff is always accommodating, courteous, and friendly. If we ever need anything they are on top of it. The owner is wonderful also, always there to welcome us and ask if everything is ok. This property excels and will make this our place to stay whenever we go to Boquete:) thank you to The Haven! And Brian thank you for the unexpected wonderful surprise with an upgraded room!

Spa hotel
It is a spa hotel. The facilities are open until 8 and they give you 20% off a spa treatment, which is nice after a long hike. It is a ten minute walk into town, where you can find travel agents, restaurants and a little market. The best restaurants are up in the hills and are a drive from the hotel.

Gorgoues grounds, and property. Tangibility setting, rooms are beautiful with outdoor patio to sit and savor wonderful coffee from Boquete and healthy breakfast of muffin, paypaya and pineapple. Will come back for sure! Friendly and attentive staff!

The Haven was exactly that, a quiet, restful place to get-away, with full spa services as well. The patio backing on a stream and rainforest was a very special part of the experience. Provided breakfast items were very helpful as well. The only down side was that the wireless didn't work for most of the time, but not a big deal as we were out exploring the area. The staff were very obliging and helpful, and went out of their way to meet any added requests. Also they spoke quite good English for the area. We would definitely want to stay there again if we visit Boquete.

A wonderful treat.
I only stayed one night so I wasn't able to use most of the facilities. I did get a wonderful massage and got some needed rest. The beds, pillows, linens were fabulous. The bathroom spacious and luxurious.

Quiet relaxing and peaceful
This is a beautiful and relaxing spa. The included breakfast was enough to satisfy your morning hunger. Located a 10 -15 minute walk from the square, I enjoyed walking it and having my meals in town at several very good restaurants.

Peace and Serenity, a 10 minute walk from town
Very quiet boutique property with excellent gym, beautiful yoga studio and lovely grounds. Would have geen nice to have WiFi access IN the room vs. Hotel lobby, a toilet that did not run constantly, and a variety of muffin flavours for the in- room continental breakfast - change it up! Otherwise, delightful

Relaxing stay
The hotel is small and quaint. Very quite and tranquil The Staff was very pleasing and took the time to show us to our room. They were very helpful setting up a coffee tour for us. We only stayed 2 nights. The rooms were perfect.

Nice hotel, clean and modern
We were only there one night. The Hotel was clean and modern, a little too modern if you are looking for a Panama adventure. I think of a Hotel as one with rooms and hallways facing inward. our room had an outside entrance only. We had to check in at the front desk then go outside to get to our room in the rain. We thought that a little unorthodox.

I would NEVER stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. They claim to be a hotel but yheir services are at best a pension. Way way way too expensive for what they deliver.
