Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel. If you’re going to be in (or near) Costa del Este, this is the right place to stay at. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was Va excellent. And the whole staff (without exceptions) is top notch. Everyone there made me feel like home. Kudos to all of them. One of the best group of people I have met.

1. Checked in at 7pm nut room wasnt ready. They gabe me my room untile 9:40pm. 2. AC in the room disnt work properly, Auto mode didnt function, tempersture couldnt be regulated. 3. Bathroom extractor didnt work. 4. Bed sheets had lines made with markers. Defeniteviley the price paid wasnt worth it.

Being the only hotel in the exclusive Costa del Este area, it offers exactly what is needed. It is centrally located to a shopping mall, cinema and restaurants with a short drive from the airport and back. It is very accessible and offers self-parking and valet parking, as well. A very convenient Restaurant and bar, with room service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable!

we arrived at the hotel at nine pm when we got to the reception the first thing we heard was that our reservation had been canceled because they had an electrical problem in the building and that they had transferred our reservation to the hilton… we accepted what happened without any problem but while we waited for them to take us to the hilton hotel we realized that it was a lie about the electrical problem and what really happens was that they oversold the capacity of the hotel

Good location within Costa Del Este. Nice lobby and comfortable accommodations. Management and staff are very courteous. Restaurant service is quite friendly, but dismally slow. Floor 17 is noisy from social area above - music from events and loud banging from gym equipment. However, overall, the stay was enjoyable.
