The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet area. Breakfast was very average. Area on and around property was not at all inviting or relaxing outside. It’s just a place to sleep. Nice, bed and linens. The shower needed a shelf to put the soap and shampoo otherwise that was nice enough. Separate sink from toilet and shower which is nice. Good refrigerator with freezer compartment

The shower handle was broken. There was no tray or holder for shampoo or soap. The fan in the a/c sounded like it was going to fly off. Very noisy. One of the top 5 worst places ive ever stayed in.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Quality Inn that we’ve ever stayed at. I’ve never given a hotel a rate so low but I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. The “breakfast room” windows were sooo dirty you could hardly see outside. The door leaving the breakfast room was filthy black dirty. The wooden steps on the way up to the breakfast room were spongy..almost felt unsafe to walk on. The floors in the hotel room squeaked so bad, I’m sure we must have annoyed the people below us. The internet…did not work..could not send a photo, face time, or use it before it timed out from being so slow. I’m not comfortable making this review as I believe everyone tries their best to do their best, but this hotel just needs some attention to bring it up to a standard that is worthy of being considered to have a rating higher than 5.

We stopped here coming through, the breakfast was great and had plenty of space for everyone to sit. The hotel is pretty old and pretty out in to boonies. So it isn’t located in walking distance of anything else. Very much fit the small price we paid to stay. No complaints but will probably stay elsewhere next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this unique inn that is close to Bryce Canyon NP. We loved the western exterior of the place as well as the peaceful and beautiful natural surroundings. The interior could need a bit upgrade though. The staff was managing it well. We forgot to return the keycards, when we called back they asked us not to come back and return, very warm and considerate!

A heavy snow just before we arrived. Not easy for managing the property. The management worked smoothly although there is a big snow in the parking lot.

My all 3 stars is for the location of this property. Other than that this property is not great. They have horrible breakfast. They had some breads and milk and juice that's all. All fruits were stale. No options and nothing was fresh. If I am paying for a bed and breakfast hotel I would never choose or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only thing that was worth eating at breakfast were the waffles. The English muffins were old and hard. The oranges were old. The scrambled eggs did not taste good. It would’ve been nice if there was at least some yogurt available. The coffee was fine. The building was very cute at some point in time. The exterior is in great need of painting.

It was like a ghost town.. only 2 or three other booked rooms from what I could see. Of course the people right next to me came in late and left at 4 am…. Walls were pretty thin. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and the room was well worth the price. You can’t expect a palace when booking at a lower price point.

Easy access to Bryce Canyon. However, facility is old and needing upgrade. Breakfast was not set up correctly. Coffee is stale. In the morning, no water because of frozen pipe. Can't shower and can't use toilet.

The outside needs paint badly - peeling off, exposed wood. It was weird finding someone else's glasses on the floor beside the dresser - I looked behind the dresser and it was a mess of trash, candy wrappers, papers and dust. The TV remote would not change channels. I tried 50 times up, 50 times down, and holding the down button for 30 seconds. The volume worked fine. The floor was creaky! Very creaky! I talked to the people next door and apologized for it. The steps to the room were covered with ice. It would seem easy to sprinkle some de-icer, or just scrape it with a shovel. Dangerous.

We stayed for one night, the only complaint for the room is that the shower was dirty. Also, don't expect to have room in the shower, its just a standing shower so shaving was a task. The closest food was 10 miles, 15 minutes away, the restaurant was delicious. The hotels breakfast was average, nothing special. There is nothing surrounding the hotel, so you'll have to drive for anything you are looking for. Bryce Canyon is about 20 minutes away

They shouldn’t be open for business. Had I known they had limited rooms available, the restaurant and bar are not open for business. The TV in the room does not work. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in on this current road trip. This is supposed to be a reputable chain? My ass.
