There was NO air conditioning. However, the staff were good enough to accommodate me with a sister hotel that did have air conditioning.

Noisy , hot, small and not clean.
Staff where nice. The room was small, hot, no air conditioner and the room that we had was noisy. Bathroom was not clean. Transferring to Budapest from Sopron was complicated. You have to take 2 trains plus bus in between.

An excellent small hotel
I spent one night at the Civitas Boutique Hotel. It is very conveniently located about a ten minute walk from the train station and at the edge of the old city center. My room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet and overall an excellent value for the price. The staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was particularly good, with all items very fresh and well prepared.

駅からは遠いけど、ホテル自体はとても快適。 内装もかわいらしく、設備も良い。 湯船があれば完璧だったけど（ホテルの説明では湯船がある部屋もありそう）、総合的にクオリティが高いホテル。 あと、付いている朝食がとても美味しかった！！

Super great stay for visiting the city
Very nice, modern and pleasant hotel to stay. Bed and bed linen are good quality, enough big room with a big tv, fridge, there was also Nespresso coffee machine in the room. I liked bathroom the most :) - all was super, I definitely return back in my next stay in Sopron

Ett bra hotell med centralt läge
Går att parkera på gatan precis utanför hotellet (om man hittar ledig parkering) och betala i parkeringsautomat med mynt. Ligger rätt centralt. Tar bara några minuter att gå ned till "centrum". Sopron är en fin stad. Hotellet var rent och personalen trevlig. Jag var bara på genomresa så detta hotell var bra men passar även om man ska stanna några nätter i Sopron.

A szőnyeg foltos, koszos volt. A wifi és a mobil hálózati jel alig volt a szobában. A fürdőszoba tiszta és tágas volt, az ágy kényelmes.

Günstiges Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel ist günstig am Rand der Soproner Altstadt gelegen, sodass eigentlich alle lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zum gebuchten sehr günstigen Preis gab es ein vergleichsweise kleines Zimmer, in dem aber alle notwendigen Einrichtungen vorhanden waren. Das Frühstück war nicht üppig, aber ausreichend. Wer keinen 4-Sterne-Service erwartet, bekommt hier alles Notwendige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Insgesamt würde ich das Civitas bei künftigen Aufenthalten in Sopron jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war ein Hasenstall.Max 5pm.Keine Deutsche Sprache.Keine Parkplätze.Kein Deutsches Fersehen.Ferseher kann nur vom Bett aus bedingtsehen sehen. Ich war schon oft in Ungarn aber sowas noch nie erlebt hatte immer D.Fernsehen.Wie es heist wier Sprechen ihre Sprache,aber in der Realität keiner Spricht Deutsch.In Budapest an jeder Pforte.Na ja jetzt gehts 2 Wochen nach Rom.und im Mai 2 Wochen Balaton.

Zimmer war groß und hat Ablagemöglichkeit, die Polster etwas klein. Das Frühstück ausreichend mit gutem Kaffee. Ins Zentrum nicht weit zu gehen.Freundliches Personal. Minus kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm.

hübsches hotel
schöne Zimmer...das WC und die Dusche müsste renoviert werden .Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und auch das Personal sehr freundlich.Preis-Leistung top !!! Wir würden uns wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden :-)

Sajnos mi nem voltunk megelégedve a hotel szolgáltatásaival.A szoba köszönő viszonyban sincs a fényképen láthatóval.Nem volt fűtés.Ez decemberben nem vicces.A matrac ugy kivolt feküdve hogy akarva akaratlanul,középre gurultunk.Az ágy olyan hangosan nyikorgot hogy a szomszéd szobában a gyerek felsirt. A fürdőszobában rohadt,és penészes volt a szigetelés.

Her fikk vi dessverre det vi betalte for. Ikke mye! Rommet var nymalt, som jo egentlig er positivt, men fy som det luktet maling! Ikke air condition, 27 grader ute, så vinduet måtte stå oppe. Bakgården deles med en blokk av noe slag, og det var så mye folk ute om natten som bråkte. Putene i sengene kjentes ut som dørmatter fra IKEA. Ikke mye søvn den natten. Det toppet seg ved den ikke veldig gode frokosten, da det var muggent brød. Ingen å si i fra til, da de var i resepsjonen og hadde opplæring (de ble fortalt om brødet da vi sjekket ut, og da fikk jeg vite hvorfor det ikke var noen til stede under frokosten.

Nyugdijasok lévén nagyon kellemes időt töltöttünk ott. Közel a belváros, a szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, rend, tisztaság uralkodott, a fürdőszobával is igen meg voltunk elégedve.Az ágy kényelmes volt, remek ágynemüvel. A reggeli is megfelelő volt. Tökéletes kikapcsolódás volt.

Parkplatz ist Mangelware. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück nicht üpig aber es reicht. Zimmer:Teppichboden voll schmutzig, großer Raum, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Rezeptionist sehr höflich,freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel in Stadtnähe
Super Lage , die Stadt Sopron ist sehr schön hat viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben zwei Wanderungen gemacht zur/ Károly kiláto / und zur /Tarodi vár/ mit Abstecher zur /Gloria kiláto./ Beide Wanderungen sind lohneswert und interessant gewesen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder nach Sopron reisen und in diesem Hotel übernachten.
