Could not fault, excellent hotel & fantastic staffPosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: Absolutely everything... But above all the staff and their customer service was second to none
Cons: If i was to be picky the pool was a bit cold... But what do you expect when going on holiday in October
Location: Restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk and also the harbour
We have just returned from an 8 night holiday in Cyprus, on arrival we were greeted by Dimidtry who was very polite and extremely helpful, he took all our bags inside for us. He handed us a letter which explained there had been a problem with the electrics in the hotel which had caused a number of rooms to be rewired, our room was one of them. He explained we had a sea view room at anoer Louis hotel and a taxi would take us, as we had rented a car we asked for instructions and said we should be ok to make our own way as it seemed an unnecessary expense for them to call a taxi for us. He insisted and said the taxi would take our bags and we could follow in the car. We were upgraded from room only to bed and breakfast for the first 3 nights in the replacement hotel. When we returned to the king Jason we were greeted by Andreas the hotel manager who was extremely apologetic and gave us pool towels to use the pool until our room was cleaned. When we got in the room it was stunning we had a delux suite and it was more than we could have expected. There was a bottle of wine in our room as an apology for the inconvenience of moving hotels. During the rest of our stay both Dimidtry and Andreas went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning without a doubt! The hotel is in a good location a 10 minute walk from the town and harbour.

DisappointedPosted Oct 6, 2013
Was woken up on the first 2 mornings at 7am by crashing trollies of towels being loaded onto a lorry. Following a complaint to reception we were assured it wouldn't happen again. The next morning it happened at 8.45am making a holiday 'lie in' impossible. No private balcony as it faced the restaurant/bar which also meant the room was noisy in the evenings. Bathroom not cleaned to a high standard. Staff ok but not outstanding. More negatives than positives unfortunately

Good Hotel. Short walk to Bar St and HarbourPosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Pool area. Good size pool with small splash pool for the toddlers and seperate, large Jacuzzi pool. Plenty of quality sun loungers. Very clean & tidy.
Cons: Don't charge for the key to the room safe.
Location: Quiet area. Supermarkets 2 mins walk. Bar St (pubs/clubs) is 5-10 min walk and keep going another 5-10 mins for the harbour / coast. Ideal.
Did 4 nights first week in Sept, room only. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Think we had the least-modernised apartment but it was fine, small balcony, air-con, good size room with microwave / kettle / hob and fridge if you fancy a bit of self catering. Nice and clean throughout. Didn't eat there but friends who were half board said the food was good and varied. Great as a base and lounging during the day, possibly not ideal for families with younger kids who need entertaining. There are a few pool tables, air hockey but no kids clubs or turns on in the evening. Lovely pool area with quality sun loungers (lots of them) and free towels at reception so you can save your beach towels for the beach. Excellent large Jacuzzi pool with half a dozen or so areas you can try out.

Stayed as a Couple-Great StayPosted Aug 19, 2013
Very friendly staff and accommodating. Hotel very clean and the Deluxe Studio room was very nice and had a balcony. Even though we didnt originally book to have bed and breakfast we decided to have breakfast there for the duration of our stay and it was worth it. Worked out as 8 euros per person. Harbour and beach was 15-20 mins walk away or 8 euro by taxi. The pools were excellent! Especially the Hydrpool!

great room and fantastic pool areaPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was great and the hydro pool made the outdoor area the only let down was the idiots going down at stupid o,clock putting towels on sunbeds the hotel should put something in place to stop this and this would make the hotel truly exceptional

We stayed in the apartment area, built a year ago, cleaned daily, we decided to go self catering but the food in the hotel was excellent too.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone.Posted Jul 22, 2013
Pros: The hydro contact pool was great fun but the friendliness of the staff made the holiday
Cons: The one bedroom apartments weren't available to the same standard as the luxury studios. We would have liked to have this option.
Location: The hotel was set in a quiet location just 10 to 15 minutes walk from bar street and 20 minutes from the beautiful harbour in Kato Paphos.
The General Manager is one in a million. He is constantly front of house, engaging with guests and motivating his excellent team, providing guests with first class service and creating a happy holiday atmosphere. We have never experienced better customer care or more friendly staff. Cleaning and maintenance is to a high standard throughout the hotel. The little touches like the cold face towels and fruit given to guests around the pool are the icing on the cake. That said, the food in the restaurant was to a high standard and faultless. We look forward to a return visit and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Excellent stay, would go again.Posted Jun 11, 2013
I stayed at Louis King Jason for four night with my wife, while attending a family wedding. We stayed in a deluxe studio in the annex building. The room looked brand new and was an excellent design, with balcony and open plan bathroom, and everything well built. The communal areas were also of a similar quality, The pool area has plenty of shade for those who require it, and nice trees. The restaurant gives a choice of eating inside or outside in a sheltered area looking out to the pool area, near fountains. The buffet food was outstanding. The staff and hotel management were probably the most friendly and helpful that I have ever encountered. During my stay, I experienced a bad back, which made walking difficult, yet in spite of this I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The vicinity is a quiet residential area. There are quite a lot of cats in the area which are allowed into the hotel communal areas - for us this was fine, but those who dislike cats might need to be aware. Can highly recommend for those who want a quiet comfortable hotel, with excellent food and friendly staff, and who don't mind a few cats.
