With regards to the spa treatments, it is true that this facility is with a charge and we are sorry if you didn't know this before arriving to our hotel even though this information is available on hotel's website as well as in holiday companies' brochures. We would also like to inform you that our All Inclusive service is until 24:00am at Louis Phaethon. We are surprised to read your comments about our restaurants and availability during your evening meals, as prebooking is not necessary to book to our main restaurant. In addition, we do not have a burger restaurant or little Italian. We apologise for any inconvenience or misunderstanding caused during your stay. Thank you
