Convenient for our needs.

Pros: The convenient location only.
Cons: Floor in rooms could be recarpeted or refloored to something that could be more easily cleaned. Bathrooms and plumbing need improvement.
Second night returned to an inoperable toilet. Called desk for assistance and was told they had no one to send, would I like to use a plunger? What else was I to do but use the plunger?

Pros: very convenient location to attractions
Cons: the inconvenience of loss of power and water and TV not working.
Location: in the heart of all of Lancaster attractions
The room was very basic, but clean. There was only one bar of soap and no shampoo. When we arrived, there was no power due to a storm/accident. It lasted from 8pm to 5am the next day!! It was no fault of the motel, but they didn't offer to provide any form of lighting...i.e..flashlight. There was an emergency light in the hallway, but the room was pitch dark. The next morning at 8am, we discovered there was no water. When I asked why were were told that it was because of the power and he was going to check the breaker for the well!!! We did get water and, it was warm, after that. Why wasn't the breaker checked and turned on at 5 am., when the power was restored???? Beats me Well we got the power and water back, now the TV wasn't working in the morning. By the evening everything was functioning back to normal. The staff was friendly and helpful, but you had to ask for what you needed and wait.
