"Wow!"
The entire property is beautiful! It's hard to believe Atlantis is 20 yrs old as it is so well maintained and beautiful. We booked for price and it turns out that the reef has some of the most beautiful and spacious rooms on property. The staff was amazing...promt, attentive, friendly, and great all around! They provided a beautiful wood crib for our 11 month old and have Areo mattress if needed for additional guests. Beware...the resort does get expensive for food so I would suggest packing an extra suitcase and paying the airline so you have exactly what you want or going to the grocery store upon arrival (about $60-80 for a round trip taxi to wait for you to shop). It was just myself , my husband and our 3yrd old eating but breakfast @ Starbucks was 2 coffees, 2 egg sandwiches, an oatmeal, and an orange juice and it ran $38-45. Lunch consisted of hamburgers etc and ran between $40-60. Dinner at Virgil's BBQ (really good) was $150 for a plate of brisket, a bowl of macaroni & cheese and an order of onion rings. It was VERY good but actually worth about $50. With all that said, we'd go back (and already have plans) to return ASAP!!! A must do if you have children between 4-10! Have fun!!

"Spectacular property but too busy"
Magnificent property; Wonderful staff; Fabulous rooms!!! Great for families and singles crowd looking for a "scene"............. but Too big. Too crowded. And they nickel and dime you at every opportunity. I paid $750/night for my room and they still charged me $5 to use a computer in the business center so I could check in with my airline. When I asked where I could print my boarding passes, I was told it was $1.25 PER PAGE !!!! (I declined). I've been nickel and dimed before but that is the most offensive, disgusting fee I have ever seen in my 54 years. Next time I'm going back to the Ocean Club.

"Great Resort"
We have been coming here since The Atlantis first opened 20 years ago. We have stayed in all towers, Royal, Coral, and Beach. This time we stayed in the Beach Tower which is the oldest one. We like it because it's the tower closest to the beach and it has our favorite pool. While the other towers may be a bit more high end, this tower has everything you need. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. In my opinion you don't need more than that. The staff has never been anything but pleasant and helpful. We were greeted with smiles from everyone we ran into.

Pocket Guide: Paradise Island, Nassau Casino Hotels

Paradise Island resembles Las Vegas-upon-the-Caribbean with its fanciful resorts and white sands. Tourists often head to the island’s casinos, five-star restaurants, and shopping gallerias; its beaches, water parks, and nightclubs, however, are geared primarily for resort guests. The Potter’s Cay fish market is an easy detour from Paradise Island. Grouper and conch are typical catches of the day.
