“Short but sweet stay”

My and my new fiance ;-) stayed at the Le 123 Elyees for one night and had a great stay, the hotel is really nice and trendy inside reception and in the rooms. The staff on reception spoke good english and were very helpful. There is a metro tube stop right outside the hotel which was very handy. Would definitely stay again, i also recommend the lovely bakery round the corner fantastic cakes and pastries!!

“Modern, clean, posh, hip”

not much more to add.... If you want a 'traditional' hotel this isn't for you, but I was very pleased with the location, the quality of the bed and shower, the very clean design, helpful staff, well built windows to keep out noise, etc. No reservations about recommending at all...

“The perfect small hotel”

I spent 3 nights at the hotel 123, Paris, in August. Having never been to Paris I was abit daunted about where to stay but the hotel was in a perfect location, only a short 3min stroll from the Champs-Elysees.The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful and spoke good english! Very clean, nicely decorated and the room was all it needed to be - comfortable, clean and with a good sized bathroom. There are plenty of breakfast spots around the corner - even Starbucks! Would definately recommend it.

“Excellent Hotel and location”

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in early April. The location is excellent, 5 to 10 minutes walk from Avenue des Champs Elysees and 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, where you can purchase a day pass for the boat shuttle which takes you up the Seine and drops you off at lots of other sight seeing places such as Notre dame, Lourve etc. The hotel bedroom was nicely furnished with modern décor and was very clean. We had a superior room which was a little small but OK for a short stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

“Very Impressed”

The hotel was ideally situated for the Champs Elysees and the metro system. The rooms, although small, were well maintained and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The bed linen smelt of a beautiful fragrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the cost of the breakfast, at 22euros for little choice this seemed excessive, but it was optional so I would advise clients to eat elsewhere.

123 has sort of a W look and feel inside in 18th century townhouse. Relatively convenient location. Good access to the Metro.

The hotel had a fantastic location - Rue de Faubourg st Honore is just behind the Champs d'Elysee (oiterally 5 minute walk) and has some amazing shops like YSL etc on it. There was a subway just across the road which made travelling round paris amazingly easy. The hotel is small, but extremely clean and modern, with a fantastic decor that impressed us straight away. I took my boyfriend to Paris for his birthday, and booked the trip online, but I was thrilled with the hotel and location upon arrival. The staff were very helpful, and brought cocktails, champagne and even and ironing board up to our room in record time. The bathroom was also very modern and extremely clean, with an amazing shower. To top it all..our room had a view of the eiffel tower (admittedly a distant view!) but what more can you ask for!

“Great hotel...would definitely go back”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and speak good English. The hotel is small though, but good enough for me and my husband. It is in a safe, quiet location but you could walk to the Champs Avenue. It is accessible and really close to the Metro station. Another plus is that it is right infront of Starbucks, so that takes care of our coffee addiction :-)

“Great Boutique Hotel”

You never know what to expect when you pre-book a hotel online. This hotel far surpassed our expectations! It was wonderful, not details left undone. It is a small and beautifully decorated hotel in a great location. When I go back to Paris we will stay here again!

“A gem in the 8è arrondissement”

Everything about this hotel is great. The room is a nice size for european standard and decorated with style. Adorable bathroom with all necessary amenities. A lot of details in the design of the place which are pleasant to the eye. Subway station at the corner, as well as great patisseries and restaurants. There is a starbucks coffee right accross the street. Great place to seat and watch passersby before starting the day. I will certainly stay there the next time I am in Paris.
