Badic hotel, even closing the windows you can still hear noises from the street. One down point is there s no kettle or team or instant coffee in the room, despite there s the mini fridge bar (to pay)

Great spot to stay in, in a great neighborhood. The hotel was clean and offered great food/drink options within the building. There were so many great places within walking distance and the metro station was right next to the hotel.

The main entrance sliding is not working since the day i checked in, till i checked out its still down. Bottled water in the room was the refillable type but the bittlw cap was mouldy, i dare not drink from it. Bedside table was uneven

I travel to Paris business often, I chose this hotel because I use to live in that area for many years. This hotel has gone through many changes and not for the better. I like the fact that the rooms are big and I can’t hear the people in rooms next to it. However the first floor in the back side of the hotel you can hear bar noise till 2 am, the hotel in general is getting rundown. In some of the rooms the showers suck, the front door to the hotel was broken during my stay. The room keys often don’t work, my mini fridge wasn’t working .. I think you get my point.

They put me in a room on the first floor, these rooms you can hear the bar till 2:00am. I’ve repeatedly ask not to be in these rooms but some how still get in them. The woman at the front desk was rude to me when I ask ti be changed or refunded. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The problem is the shower could not keep a steady temperature and they do not provide any lotion. On the first floor it was so audible partying in the evening. The breakfast was very good.

I was travelling alone and this hotel made perfect sense. It is a nice little hotel with perks. Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was included and was perfect. I could walk around for hours.

This hotel is in a nice location, rooms are big, clean, and nice. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. I was misled by expedia description into believing that the buffet would be some grand peruvian cuisine. Instead it was like a 3 star holiday inn breakfast, no hot foods. Just deli meats, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, tea, orange juice, and bread. For a 4 star hotel, this ruined my overall view of the hotel. For such an expensive hotel to cheap out on the "VIP" breakfast is short sighted.

This is a cute hotel in a fantastic location that has large rooms for Paris standards, but it has some very serious cleanliness issues and is in need of a lot of maintenance. I got a fairly big room and the floor was so dirty that I couldn't walk without sandals on. I complained and they immediately vacuumed it. I was also given the wrong breakfast timing so missed it on the first day but was allowed to take some to my room and eat it there. The breakfast room is very, very dirty. Not a single table had been cleaned properly, and my plate had food stuck at the bottom. The front desk almost never has anyone present. At late night, the main door doesn't automatically open, so you have to ring a bell. When this happened to us, there was no one there. We urgently needed to get to our rooms so we rang the bell several times. The woman who had disappeared showed up to the door with a dinner plate in her hand and pasta hanging off her fork, gave us a dirty look before returning to her dinner. At check out time, 12pm, again there was no one at the front desk. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location but it needs an overhaul from top to bottom.

Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby within walking distance. Close to metros. Colourful decor. Pleasant staff, all English speaking. Cool secret bar serving mescal cocktails. Nice selection for breakfast. Only negative was dining options for dinner were not to my taste. Would stay there again.

The hotel is not completely visible to the eye, taxi had to make a u turn to stop at the hotel. Observation of the exterior of premises. Because of the Paris strikes the outside is littered with trash and the merge of the street and sidewalk has a bed of water, bringing the luggage straight in was not an option. Have someone clean the exterior is a suggestion, and add beautiful exterior photos to Hotels.com listing please. The room is very beautiful and spacious, comfortable king size bed and ample lighting. Suggestion is to have more clothes hangars in the closet. The quarter glass covering of the bathtub is not suitable for stand up showering as the showerhead required angling to the extreme left (for those who wish to shower and not bath), if not the bathroom floor will soak. Service is on point, positive and friendly. The Peruvian themed hotel name has a nice twist to the name 1K. We stayed overnight, part of an extended stay in Paris.

I have stayed at the 1k hotel on three different occasions. Hotel is ideally located, close to Le Marais, Bastille and only a few minutes away from the subway station Filles du Calvaire. Hotel staff is gracious and eager to help. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well kept for the most part. Breakfast buffet is good despite relatvely limited vegeterian/vegan options. Loved the Peruvian restaurant downstairs that offers exquisite dishes! Overall a positive experience and a great stay!

Loved this hotel! Ideally located, rooms are comfy, well kept and spacious; hotel staff friendly and eager to help. The Peruvian restaurant downstairs is excellent! Breakfast buffet is good, despite limited vegeterian options. One quick recommendation: Providing room slippers would be a nice plus!

It was a very good location. Close to several metros. Just a bit of a tip to housekeeping: please stock soap to the room. But otherwise, the staff is friendly, breakfast is good and overall a good value.

Location was as good as it gets. So many great dining and shopping options right out the door. Staff were ALL exceptional, more than accommodating. The room was great, loved it. 2 negatives: I did not love the shower head. Plus it was a tad tough to adjust room temperature.

I’ve stayed here nearly 3 weeks-I did try another property but it was AWFUL so I came straight back to 1K! Warm, inviting, clean, convenient, and excellent customer service. It’s the only place I will stay when I come to Paris from here on out!

Good location and hotel
Everything is excellent. Only issue is one side is above a bar and is noisy to about 2am. Everything else including bed is good. They use whatsapp to communicate which is really handy.

Well located, unusually large , clean and well furnished rooms, pleasant contemporary design, quiet when your room faces the inner courtyard. Breakfast is good. Close to the Marais, plenty of museums, galleries, shops and restaurants.

Loved the hotel design, breakfast, surrounding restaurants, metro access. Neighborhood was a little lower scale than what we were used to but it was not unsafe. We overpaid for this hotel considering neighborhood quality only. Advert on expedia shows images of a pool but that is only for a room with a pool. Staff were helpful but not over the top helpful but not terrible at all. We would go back if the price was much lower. Breakfast was great

The 1K was stylish but cheerful and welcoming. Every single staff member we interacted was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly large for a European hotel room. The only thing we wished for in it were a few tables for in-room snacking. We LOVED the taco restaurant downstairs.Would most definitely stay there again our next Paris trip!
