Excellent hotel location close to the metro and hotel has the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower which was great. The room we had was small but clean. Only gripe was there was no real welcome/orientation of the room/hotel e.g how the heaters worked, how to get hot drinking water, the fact that the phone in the room was not working - we had to work all for this out for ourselves. Apart from that, an excellent choice due to location.

Indeed you booked a small double room for 2 persons and you came 2 adults et 2 kids. Next time contact us directly in order to have a much bigger room (but more expensive).

The hotel is in a pretty nice area of Paris populated mainly by locals. Check-in went well. We went up to our room and immediately noticed our sink in our tiny bathroom (even by Paris standards) wasn't draining at all. Called the front desk and he himself came up to fix it with a little tool - and was very familiar with the issue, it seemed like it happened a lot. As soon as he left, my friend tried to take a shower and discovered the cover on the drain was closed and wouldn't open. We ended up prying it off and leaving it off for the rest of our trip. About 30 minutes after we got to our room, we heard VERY loud shouting from a man and woman from across the courtyard. It sounded like the man was hitting the woman and then she was screaming back at him. Soon their children also started crying. We called down to the front desk in concern for the woman and her children and were immediately told it wasn't a family staying at the hotel, but a local family that lives across the courtyard. Apparently it happens a lot. We heard the domestic fighting several times a day during our stay (whether our windows were opened or shut). People smoked a lot in the courtyard (both cigarettes and marijuana, which is illegal in France), so we couldn't ever have our window open and get fresh air. Essentially, the hotel staff was great. The hotel was ok. The environment of the neighbors and chain smoking at all hours was not. Neither myself nor my friend would recommend staying here.

A nice quaint hotel, rooms are quite nice and cozy, the bathrooms are small but quite usable. Great location with a nearby supermarket and not too far from the centre of Montparnasse as well as the Eiffel Tower

This place is unsafe and dangerous. Do not be a victim. Go to another hotel and save yourself. The staff manager is rude. The food sucks. The beds have bedbugs. We had to switch 3 rooms becuase there were leaks, dirty conditions and just something that runied our vacation.

Bath tub is very small and safety hazard. Hurt myself several times and could be fatal. Requested if they had any rooms with reasonable size shower area but was denied. Avoid booking in this hotel. Very disappointed.

Perfect place for a one night weekend break
Such a cute hotel. Lovely laid back and relaxed atmosphere. The room was perfect for us with our hand luggage bags.

Location is close to some attractions but if you want to stay in a smallest room in your life you go ahead and make reservation for this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed with in Paris. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent cheap hotel
We stayed here for 1 night on a weekend break. We knew we would not be in the hotel that much brut needed somewhere to crash in the evening. Spacious clean rooms with nice en suite. Bed a bit unforgettable but then for the price this is really a steal to be staying in such a central location. Cannot fault it really!! Highly recommend for the price!

The hotel and room were both very quaint, in a good way. The hotel is tucked a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream Paris, which is great for sleeping but it does require transportation to get back to the tourist attractions or the nightlife. The breakfast was overpriced, but otherwise my stay was excellent!

Bathroom was smaller than in the Airplanes..
I have recently stayed 2 nights at this place. I felt so uncomfortable because bathroom was too small. Bath tub was Kids size. There as NO space between commode and Wash basin, So you cannot sit properly. Half of your body goes under the sink. I will not stay at this place anymore or wouldn't recommend. Pictures of Bathroom are misleading in the advert. I requested them to change my room. I could do with smaller but how can they expect someone to fit in the tiny bathroom. I felt uncomfortable during my stay. ( Anyone would do the same) See image attached and the space between sink and commode.

Great hotel close to city metro and Eiffel Tower!
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located ( minutes away) to public transportation, and it was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room is cozy, and has many amenities, such as air conditioning and cable/ Internet. The staff are friendly and very helpful! Great value for a great price!

Great hotel, great service. We stayed a total of 4 nights but had to book the 1st night separately as we weren't sure what day we would be arriving in Paris. Before we arrived at the hotel they made sure we had the same room on the two different reservations so we wouldn't have to move rooms. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station that takes you to all the major attractions in about 15 minutes. And the hotel holds your luggage after checkout which is always a plus.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The location is good and the one way street is quiet. It is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower or to Gare Montparnasse. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small but comfortable.

Very nice and clean with a really nice gentleman on the front desk who gave us clear information. The hotel was close to lots of shops and restaurants, and easy access to the Tower, and transport to other attractions was brilliant. it was a great base. Only wish they had a kettle and some tea and coffee in the room especially with our early start to the airport so a hot drink would have made so much difference.

The Aberotel is in a quiet street, minutes away (walking) from most stores and facilities you may need. A couple of metro and bus stations, few supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. The room we got on the courtyard was small but clean and modern looking. The shower was very nice and clean but the exhaust fan wasn't working I believe, so it was hard to get the humidity out of the bathroom.

Lovely welcome from the manager who very kindly booked the restaurant we requested for the following evening and helped with some directions too., The room was very small, but comfortable and clean with enough storage for the two nights we were there. The bathroom, with it's excellent shower, was a wet room divided from the bedroom by a half frosted sliding glass door. So if you like your privacy in the bathroom this is not the hotel for you! Location was excellent, literally less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. Also found a couple of nice bars nearby for an early coffee and late nightcap. The hotel did serve breakfast, but we didn't try it. However our room was next door to it, so I did get woken up both mornings by the sound of clinking cups and the noise of the guests in the room above (not unusual for a hotel though). Overall we would definitely stay again and happily recommend it to anyone.
