great location but beware of hidden feesPosted Nov 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Wonderful location that is less than two minutes from the arc de triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle étoile metro stop. Staff are helpful, but not super forthcoming about extra fees. For instance, we asked for extra towels but were not told that there would be an additional fee until checkout. In addition, regular daily cleaning may or may not be included with your stay. For stays of one to three nights, daily cleanings are included. For stays of four to seven nights, no cleaning is given at all but if asked for, will be available for an additional fee. Stays of eight nights or more include one cleaning during the week on a day of your choice. This means that you'll be taking out your own trash ( which was fairly convenient as the trash room is on the way out of the hotel, but not necessarily expected for hotel stays) and cleaning your own kitchen if you end up using it. For a double room, be prepared to have a tiny amount of space, but again that is somewhat to be expected for a European hotel. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus. All in all, I would probably stay there again because of the location, but be prepared for hidden fees. One more thing: if you are expecting to be able to go to the roof to check out the view, be aware that the roof is not always open - we stayed at the end of October and the roof stayed closed the whole time.

Highly recommend for ParisPosted Aug 12, 2013
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Location: only a 3 minute walk to the Champs Elysees was perfect, and only a short walk to many other Paris attractions
The hotel was perfect for myself and my girlfriend for 3 nights. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than what we were expecting, and its location was perfect as it is only a 3 minute walk to the Champs Elysees, and not far to many other Paris attractions.

Disgusting Hotel in a beautiful area of Paris!Posted Jun 28, 2013
Pros: Area of Paris and staff doing a good job with unnecessarily bad rooms.
Cons: No Wifi.......Shabby dirty old furniture......The worse bed I have ever slept in!
Location: Near Metro and RER.
The first 2 room apartment room no 505 we were given stank acrid; had stained old furniture, badly stained curtains; dirty old carpets, the spotlight in the bathroom was hanging by its cable; the air-condition unit for the hotel was so noisy above the room it would have been impossible to sleep. When we complained to the receptionist, she was charming, told us she was aware of the problems but as she was unable to do anything about the air-condition noise, she would move us to another room no 305. This room was a little cleaner, the furniture was still old, drab, miss match, probably furniture that had been thrown away by previous owners. In the 2nd room had nowhere to hang clothes or even a chest of drawers. The sofa bed was old, terribly uncomfortable, fortunately we were there for only two nights. The roof terrace advertised was only accesable by permission and by obtaining the key from reception. Wifi didn't work, the staff informed us the hotel had a weak signal. In all we were very disappointed and found the apartment dark & dingy and not at all as advertised. The day staff were exceptional, a contrast to the night staff. We saw much nicer and cheaper accommodation in this excellent area of Paris. Regrettably I will not stay in any Adagio Access Hotels or Apartments in the future and would not recommend them to anyone. This was a graduation gift to a young girl! Thank goodness Paris lived up to its charm.

Well located and helpful staffPosted May 23, 2013
Pros: Staff helpfulness and location
Cons: Outdated and small
Location: Very convenient to Many attractions, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées
This apartment was very well located, and the staff were extremely obliging with information and requirements, especially helpful when I was printing a number of travel documents. The actual apartments themselves were small, but adequate and would really benefit from an upgrade in the near future. I am satisfied that we got what we paid for, and would stay here again if visiting Paris.

Expensive!Posted May 11, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Being charged 15 euros for room clean and 5 euros for clean towels
Location: Central location
Would expect to get cleaning of the room everyday and not to be charged extra for these facilities, do not book if your travelling on a budget. Don't recommend for families as there is no breakfast room, if you opt for this it is delivered to your room only.

The location of this hotel is perfect, beside the RER, the Metro and the airport shuttle. The view from the roof-top patio was spectacular. The hotel is in need of repair, but the beds are very comfortable and having a mini kitchen was very usefull. Location, location, location. I would stay there again.

Perfect location.Posted Jun 14, 2012
Absolutely perfect location! Literally across the road from the metro AND the Arc De Triomphe, also plenty of cafe's nearby. We were given a room on the 6th floor spread over two levels with a balcony and the most stunning view of both the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower - wow. However other family members had two rooms on the lower floors and they weren't so lucky with the view. The room is clean and has everything you need even if it is rather basic - but totally expected for the reasonable price. The staff are very helpful. Only criticism I would have is that no one cleaned the room the 4 days we were there so our bins were overflowing by the end! I would definitely stay there again.

Location: 2 MINS FROM ARC DE TRIOMPHE SO LOADS OF TOURISTS AND SHOPS,BARS ETC
CONVENIENTLY LOCATION 2 MINS FROM CHARLES DE GAULLE ETOILE METRO/RER. EASY TO GET TO FROM AIRPORT JUST STAY ON RER LINE. RECEPTION IS MANNED UNTIL 4AM SO WHEN I ARRIVED AT 10PM ACCESS WAS NOT A PROBLEM. ROOM HAD MICROWAVE,COOKER AND FRIGDE WHICH WAS ADEQUATE FOR MY REQUIREMENTS. Great Location!!! (but don't expect the 'Ritz')Posted Aug 21, 2009 on Hotels.com
Good points: The staff did speak English 77% of the staff was very helpful. Julie was good and another man also. The Arc De Triumph is only two blocks away! The Eiffel Tower is about 7 Blocks away-walking distance! The bus pick up location for Charles D Airport is 100yds away! There is a reasonably priced Pizza restaurant(The Prestige) next door and their food is great! Highly recommend this. Close by (about 3-4 blocks) to street merchants selling fruits and veggies and a great pastry shop(Paul's) with very reasonable prices ( paid 1 Euro for some kind of delicious pastry thing that was filling). Slightly more upscale restaurants will charge about $100 USD for a meal for two (won't do that again, ouch). The hotel price is fine for what you get. If you want something better search for something as close to this location as possible. Rooms do have air conditioning, yes!!! Rm#504 has a small fridge and stove top, etc. I would stay here again at this price mainly for the great food next door and the bus pick up point. I found Paris streets rather cluttered and dirty...not what I expected. And the little park just before the Eiffel Tower reeked of urine...so walk around this. My image of Paris was deflated however I did enjoy the city of Thionville in France. Bad points: 33% of the staff was useless with directions and anything else. Shower heads need simple cleaning of rust to restore spray. Only one tiny trash can in the bathroom...need one for bedroom Rm #501 has no view...it's a view between two buidlings. T'stat trouble in #502 and mold on tiles. Hotel wants a 15 Euro (about $18 usd) deposit to use your calling card. Non-refundable unless you make no calls. Tv was pretty small(about 18") and very slow channel changing People talking/partying loud on street all nite...difficult to sleep. Evidence of forced door attempted entry on rooms #502 & #504. Carpets are not worn down but they are aging and have stains (as do some of the furniture) Rooms really have to much furniture or need rearranging.
