Nice hotel in a wonderful neighbourhoodPosted May 25, 2014
Pros: The neighbourhood was the best thing about this hotel. It was real Paris, not the tourist Paris.
Cons: The toilet is in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom and it was TINY. Also a shower curtain would be nice.
Location: There are nice little shops and grocery stores nearby but the best thing near by is Buttes Chaumont park. Fantastic park.
The hotel staff were very pleasant, the area was very safe (had no hesitation walking to it at 12:30 at night) there are 2 subways within easy walking distance. The room has a kitchen and with a grocery store less than a block away which can really save on restaurant costs. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The nearby park is a real gem. Loved the waterfall there and the view from the center "island" is great. Only small thing is outside of the park there is no tourist traps nearby, but the nearby subways makes this hardly an issue.

Nice but some cleanliness issuesPosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a nice hotel, but there were some issues with cleanliness for us on arrival. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but the room had stained carpets and there were issues with the bedding as well. Fortunately they could give us another room that was better overall.

Good base for familyPosted Apr 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Enjoyed 6 day stay at the hotel. Excellent base to get into the centre of paris using the local metro station (Jourdain). Kitchen works well, used local patisserie and market stall for breakfast each morning on the way to the station. Interesting shopping in neighbourhood. Got 4 day museum pass which covered all the key sites. Would use hotel again for family visit.

Cons: The only thing whch needs needs attention is the sheet and the duvet for the sofabed were not clean snd had to look for them in the cupboard.

Reasonable pricePosted Feb 24, 2014
Cons: Smell in toilets.
2 adults and 3 kids staying in a 2bdrm apartment. The location is adequate with 2 tube stations a few min walk at most. Supermarket 50m away for all supplies. Kitchenette has everything you need. Towels supplied. Ample underground parking available for 15 euro per day. My only gripe is that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Therefore the toilets seem to be a bit smelly.

Great apartmentPosted Jan 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were there with my family and friends and booked 2 apartments for 10 people. Rooms are big enough and value for the money we pay and clean. Felt like home. Location is good and not far from a metro station. Definitely recommend for families with kids.

Excellent Value For MoneyPosted Nov 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
My girlfriend booked this after much research. We have 3 children from 13-17 years old (1 boy and 2 girls) and a limited budget. We wanted to separate the one boy from the girl and also have the ability to make our own food to reduce our overheads. Very few negative points only one really was that the boy was in the living room/kitchen area and was woken by us making breakfast. Best points - near 2 metro stations, supermarket 1 minute from the front door selling all you could want food wise, really cosy with a small but sun facing balcony. Clean rooms. All mod cons you could need. Staff where polite and helpful. We where really impressed and would definitely stop here again. Suggest you get a Paris Pass for free travel and most of the attractions are included (other than the Eiffel tower). 10 out of 10.

Nice hotel, in a nice area, resturants, shops,Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Big windows that opened, we were on the 5th floor so we kept them open all the time. I liked the bathrooms, we had 2. Kitchen has good flow.
Cons: Maybe a bit more air conditioning.
Location: there is a park very close. the metro is close to walk to. The Pizza Grill just at the end of the street was delicious, with a wonderful staff.
The apartment was very clean, in good shape. Nice appliances. When we did need something the staff came right away. The neighbors in other buildings were loud late at night/early morning. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of space. Plenty of closet and cabinet space.
