Cons: Smell in toilets.
2 adults and 3 kids staying in a 2bdrm apartment. The location is adequate with 2 tube stations a few min walk at most. Supermarket 50m away for all supplies. Kitchenette has everything you need. Towels supplied. Ample underground parking available for 15 euro per day. My only gripe is that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Therefore the toilets seem to be a bit smelly.

Great apartmentPosted Jan 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were there with my family and friends and booked 2 apartments for 10 people. Rooms are big enough and value for the money we pay and clean. Felt like home. Location is good and not far from a metro station. Definitely recommend for families with kids.

Excellent Value For MoneyPosted Nov 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
My girlfriend booked this after much research. We have 3 children from 13-17 years old (1 boy and 2 girls) and a limited budget. We wanted to separate the one boy from the girl and also have the ability to make our own food to reduce our overheads. Very few negative points only one really was that the boy was in the living room/kitchen area and was woken by us making breakfast. Best points - near 2 metro stations, supermarket 1 minute from the front door selling all you could want food wise, really cosy with a small but sun facing balcony. Clean rooms. All mod cons you could need. Staff where polite and helpful. We where really impressed and would definitely stop here again. Suggest you get a Paris Pass for free travel and most of the attractions are included (other than the Eiffel tower). 10 out of 10.

Nice hotel, in a nice area, resturants, shops,Posted Aug 8, 2013
Pros: Big windows that opened, we were on the 5th floor so we kept them open all the time. I liked the bathrooms, we had 2. Kitchen has good flow.
Cons: Maybe a bit more air conditioning.
Location: there is a park very close. the metro is close to walk to. The Pizza Grill just at the end of the street was delicious, with a wonderful staff.
The apartment was very clean, in good shape. Nice appliances. When we did need something the staff came right away. The neighbors in other buildings were loud late at night/early morning. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of space. Plenty of closet and cabinet space.

Nice to stay in ParisPosted Jun 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you like to cook yourself, it will save your big money in Paris. A supermarket is 200 meter away. Train is about 7-10 mins walk. The hotel does not allow check in before 3:00 pm but they can store your luggages for free. Strong recommendation to this hotel.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 10, 2013
Our 4 night stay was great! Friendly, bilingual and helpful staff at the front desk. Conveniently located at walking distance to 2 Metro Stations. Reading previous comments about cleanliness I was a bit concern; fortunately, our suite was perfectly kept and clean, the bathtub looked ok with few spots on the grout but nothing major. Bed is a bit short, I'm 5'11 and found my feet of the bed. Overall, I can say this is nice, clean, convenient and comfortable place to stay in Paris.

Disappointed with this hotel/apartmentPosted Jun 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Our family of 5 adults & 1 child stayed at the Adagio City Aparthotel for 4 nights. It is a convenient walk to the Botzaris & Butte Chaumont Metro lines. The neighborhood seemed safe & there is a good grocery store (Simpy Market) close by. Disappointments - The toilet in this aparthotel is in it's own separate room. This room smelled horribly of urine and got stronger the longer we were there - nearly unbearable. We started taking the elevator/stairs down 4 flights to use the lobby toilet. Also, there is no oven in the kitchen area & the dishwasher didn't clean dishes thoroughly - there was a powdery residue left on all the dishes and some still had food left on them after going through a complete wash/rinse/dry cycle. There are 2 washers & 1 dryer for the entire aparthotel to use for laundry. The washer cost 5 euros & the dryer 2.5 euros...kind of expensive. We also found the desk staff to be rude & not very customer friendly. They would answer questions but never went out of their way to be helpful. Often felt like we were bothering them when we needed help/information.
