Nice hotel close to the Metro station .Posted Oct 10, 2013
Pros: Nice and clean hotel with the great service.
Cons: For us was perfect place to stay.
Location: This hotel is located with 5 -10 easy walk to the metro station - Porte de Queen .
This was great hotel to stay in Paris, right from beginning we was welcomed by nice and very friendly personnel. The room was small but very clean with the bath and shower. The receptionist was always ready to help and answer all questions related to how to get to particular place in Paris and offered free maps of Paris and Metro.

very small roomPosted Sep 29, 2013
Cons: Rooms should be checked prior to guest arrival.
Location: average location, dirty streets.
Tiny room, several things didn't function (e.g. wi-fi in the room problematic with many interruptions, TV control needed new batteries, bathroom door didn't close, they charged for telephone calls that we didn't make, only one receptacle in the room for charging telephones etc.). The next day they moved us to another room because they could not repair bathroom door. I would not stay there if I new ahead of time.

Security - Suitcases in rooms forced open!!!Posted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: Location to the Metro
For a 3* hotel in Paris this was ideal for jumping on the Metro for a 15 minute ride to the centre of Paris. On a whole the stay was quite enjoyable but we did have some security issues during our stay. The hotel is in a neighbourhood within a city so venturing out late at night requires the normal precautions to be taken. My only main concern regarding the hotel is that the use of the security boxes in reception is a must. During our stay, the padlock on our suitcase in our room had been forced open whilst we were out. Luckily all our valuables were in the safe box downstairs so nothing of value was taken. The only access to our room was by hotel staff with card keys so I would urge anyone staying here to take heed on this. All staff were questioned apart from a maid who was not working when we reported the incident.

Probably its what you get for this budget in parisPosted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
the hotel reception and restaurant is good. The room is a bit small but ok, it gave me a bit of a rash for two days, but I think its the cheap soap they provide, dont use it if you have a sensitive skin. The area is good to run trough to get your metro to the center

Not as bad as what some are sayingPosted Jun 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The other reviewers offered some scathing reviews of the neighborhood and, with that in mind and our cab driver's suggestion to watch for pickpockets in the neighborhood, we were glad to be aware of our surroundings. However we arrived back to the hotel by 9pm each night and were never on-edge. We were glad for the warnings but did not feel threatened; just aware as tourists should be. Metro walk 5 minutes or less, and Metro ride to Champs Elysses area 20 minutes; not at all bad. You get a clean, basic hotel for the price where other hotels closer into Paris Center are 2-5 times the price. Highlights: -reasonable price -easy trip to Metro -comfy bed -English spkg staff -thin walls -not best neighborhood, yet not as threatening as some are portraying

Fine for a business stayPosted Jun 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location for where I was working. Hotels ok. Food is not to my taste as they seem to undercook all the meat, but I think that's a French thing.

A nice hotel to stay in PareePosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is in Saint-Ouen, a little suburb north of Paris, but the famous Champs-Élysées is only 4 metro station away from Saint-Ouen metro. Basilique cathédrale de Saint-Denis is also couple of metro stations away on the other side. Overall a cool place, as most people were very nice. In general immigrants in Paris are more friendly and warm compared to the locals. But you never know as life is usually a hit and miss.

Good hotel!!Posted Apr 2, 2013
Its a nice hotel, slightly small but may be that is what you get in that price range in Paris, but i definitely had a pleasant feel to it. The service was good, and the staffs were helpful especially manager Kris. The hotel is at a convenient location from nearby Metro. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay there again.

Pros: The staff at the front desk at checkin and departure were fantastic, they demonstrated superb customer relation skills, they met our expectations.
Location: Decent location, close to the metro
The front desk management was very supportive and exceeded our expectations. Great team work by the staff. We had one issue with the dining staff that was resolved in a timely and professional manner where a junior manager attempted to clse the breakfast bar an hour earlier than posted.
