Excellent location—very close proximity to the Philippe Auguste metro stop, line 2. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was well appointed and recently updated. Great price! Note there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in my room and three huge windows. The weather was cold and rainy during my visit, so I can’t speak to how comfortable one would be during hot weather. Feedback on two items: shelves or drawers needed to put clothes and the fan needed a deep clean. I had my clothes folded and placed on most of the flat surfaces in the room. If it was hot enough to use the fan, I would have notified the front desk to clean it or replace it before I would use it. This property had a significant impact on how much I enjoyed my stay in Paris!

Such a great stay! We had a lovely apartment with a fabulous view of Père Lachaise. It was enough room for us and our two teens. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a table for four to eat at. The neighborhood was so quiet and had almost no tourists. Metro stop was super close and plenty of dining and grocery options!

Wonderful Extended Paris Stay!
We were in Paris for two weeks and always wanted to rent an apartment for two weeks near Pere Lachaise cemetery. This place certainly fit the bill. We had a small studio apartment with a kitchenette that we found very useful as we made our breakfast each morning and saved money not spent on this hotel’s breakfast offering. Our room had a queen size bed, breakfast table, desk and a TV. No drawers to put clothes except in the closet. This hotel was two blocks from the Phillip Auguste Metro stop that we found very convenient in getting around. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a pleasant place to stay!

It was very pleasant, super clean. Quite far from any of the main sights in Paris. Although we managed getting around by using the lime scooter app. Staff were friendly and there was a nice continental breakfast. Very spacious room with kettle, stove and fridge. Although our stove and fridge didn’t really work. I imagine that was just our room. Didn’t really affect us either way.

My family had a great stay at the Aparthotel Adagio. The location is perfect, close to the metro and several stores (bakery, laundry, grocery). The front desk staff were very kind and gave my daughter the frog toy displayed by the front desk that she really liked. Some of the rooms could use some updates as some walls show peeling paint and there are some mold spots in the bathrooms. However, the value and the location are great.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early and our room was upgraded. Breakfast was excellent, location was very convenient. Room was clean and big.

The “property” was outstanding for budget minded people like us. The two of us stayed there 9 days in a relatively large studio apartment-style room with walk-in bathroom and well stocked kitchenette. No AC but we were there over New Years. Location was excellent: a short block from the metro, a supermarket, a green grocer, and, best of all, a pastry and bread shop. Also a block from the entrance to the Père Lachaise Cemetery, which we loved but probably wouldn’t have visited otherwise. They offer a breakfast for a fee but we just stocked up on bread and cheese, etc. and made our own coffee in the supplied 10 cup coffee maker. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.

Nice little place off the beaten track.
They held our bags until we were able to check in on Saturday while we explored the area. The fridge made it very easy to pick stuff for breakfast. Has a bakery and a couple of good bars and restaurants nearby. Like maybe a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The folks in the local area were quite friendly and seemed to enjoy practicing their English with us.

Overall it was a good experience
We had a studio and the apartment was surprisingly spacious and didn't feel cramped. The location was very good and very close to the metro station. The only surprising thing was that there was no cleaning or towel changes for the whole 3 nights we were there. In the past when we stayed at other Adagios, it was very much like a hotel where cleaning was done everyday for short stays like ours. A pleasant surprise was to have free hot drinks from the machine from midday until 21.00. This meant we could pop in during the day and be refreshed.

Basic apartment in good location
These apartments consist of a double bed (or two singles beside each other) with en suite shower (over bath) / toilet and a kitchenette (two electric rings, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, sink, enough pans, crockery and cutlery). No kettle. Free tea/coffee from noon till 9pm in reception. We didn't bother paying for breakfast as there are supermarkets and boulangerie within 5 mins walk. No air-con. Location is very convenient for metro (line 2) and cemetry Pere Lachaise which is worth a visit. Welcome was friendly and they quickly changed one of our rooms that hadn't been cleaned. Check-out was nice and quick.

The hotel is quite accessible via metro and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the furniture was not what I was expecting. On the first night i unfolded the couch bed and as soon as I laid on it, a spring came out. The furniture overall is quite old and needs an update. The room we had was also at street level so whenever someone walked passed you can hear their conversation.

The apartment was in a good location with 3mins walk to the nearest Metro Station (Philippe August station). The staff was very friendly and helpful and I think it makes a difference when we were staying there. The condition of the apartment was ok and good for a short stay. I recommend it if you are out and about most of the time and getting to Metro station is important to you.

We choice Aparthotel Adagio because is kitchen use, but it was so much more. Our diets are very health conscious with steamed vegetable and salads with no oil. Eating out during the day is not an option. This room kitchen was well equiped for our needs, plus the neighborhood was off a Main Street so it was extremely quiet. Each staff person was friendly and helpful. And it was a modestly priced with not one speck of mold or dirt. Could not have been happier. Great visit

Nice enough Hotel
The hotel was genuinely clean and the staff did speak english. The door has a code to get in and there is always someone at the front desk in to buzz you in when you first arrive. I like this security feature. Only two things concerned me. When we arrived I had read that they would hold our bags for us until check in and after we checked out. At first they put our bags in the reception area behind a door where their desk is. When we came back that evening to check in our bags had been put in the corner where people eat breakfast out in the open and the same happened when we check out. Nothing was missing but it was around the corner from the receptionist. There is no way they could have seen any one take them or get in them. The second concern is is that there were very few comforts. It took us almost two days two get to france. when we got in our room is could have used some updates but the bed was pretty hard and we had two very small pillows. We were so tired from not sleeping for days & this was a disappointment. The shower was also small and slightly awkward. I feel like the pictures they put on the website arent truly close to the one we got. This hotel was nice enough for our stay. All we did was shower and sleep. The tv didnt work and the safe was missing a battery make it useless. We could have asked for a battery I'm sure. Very close to the metro Philipe Auguste. Dont recommend being out at night in this neighboorhood too much or early in the morning.

Disappointing
we arrived and were given a twin room and not the double we had asked for, there was no kettle in the room and when I asked I was told to use the microwave, this was variable at best and fairly useless for cooking anything as were the two hotplate or warm plates would be a better description. Breakfast which we opted for on the first day was acceptable. The curtains fell down on the first night and it took 2 days for them to fix, on the third day the toilet seat fell apart. We asked for extra pillows, these were given in a bag, on opening they were both stained with no pillowcases, so again I had to go and ask. We were told that we would have to pay extra to have the room cleaned, strange as if you were there 1-3 or over 8 days this was free, 4-7 was extra? Lighting was with low wattage bulbs and I struggled to read at night. We spent the week either eating out or salads as it was not really possible to cook, as this was supposed to be a studio flat with cooking facilities we feel its not good enough. The bath was small and the over bath shower was just about adequate, towels were small and rough.

Great place to stay in Paris for a few days
Lovely staff who were all very helpful. Good location 50m from the Metro. A number of Bakeries nearby as well as Supermarkets etc. Cooking Facilities are basic but more than enough to make Breakfast, Lunch, etc. We had an apartment, which gave us a Sofa Bed and Dining Table in the Living Room and a separate Bedroom. TV's in both rooms (only BBC and USA News channels in English, although I came prepared with a Media player and a USB Drive full of Movies which worked fine on both TV's). We didn't hear any noise from other Rooms at all, which is a bugbear of mine. Best nearby Bars were The Piston Pelican and Cafe D'oliver (I'm fairly sure that was the name....if you pass out the left turn for Piston Pelican it's about the 4th premises on your right). The Cemetery Pere Lachaise beside the Hotel is well worth a visit. A lot of famous Graves, as well as a fascinating look at Parisian History. We stayed for 4 nights and were more than happy with both the Hotel and the general area. Although it's seems quite residential, once you walk a block on any road towards the City Centre there are a huge range of Bars, Cafes and Restaurants to choose from. Even though the Hotel's address is in the 20th arr it is only a 3 minute walk to the 11th arr. It is definitely one of the better 'Budget' Hotels in Paris. Without mentioning Prices it cost about the same as a one-room Air BnB....without the hassle (and risk of last-minute cancellation).

A good sized room. Very clean. 40 meters from the Metro - (about 20-30) minutes to tourist attractions) with a little shop near the Metro open late to get water, drinks and snacks. But the best part was the staff. They were really fantastic! All of them. Value for money.

Very easy and convenient
Despite dated carpet and small shower, this place was very good. The staff were good to take the time to explain everything. Room was quiet. Food shops and metro station were close by. Overall very good for my week visiting and sight-seeing in Paris.
