“modern,friendly,convenient”

Hotel was a good choice. The problem was : When we arrived,saturday 2pm the front desk lady told us ,after reading the booking letter,that they FORGOT a bout the -Top floor,queen or king size bed and quiet area!!. She would accomodate us for 1 night and then move us to the Top floor,as requested. When we looked at the 1st night room ,it was a CLOSET with 4 hangers on a rod..After complaining, we had to wait for the manager who started to explain that the room was the right one according to our reservation. But for a " larger room " we had to spend 20.00 more Euros per night. I was going to call Expedia customer service immediately ,when she changes her mind and gave us the "larger room" with a real closet for no addititional cost. But no top floor , 2 beds instead of one,not in the quiet area ,but on the street. Too bad that i ha to renegociate the entire booking and not get what i expected.
