“We liked this hotel.”

Our room was small by American standards, but the beds were comfortable, the shower worked well, and we felt safe. There was no AC, which was not an issue the days when we were there. It was well worth the price we paid. The staff was very helpful. On the last day they arranged a slightly early breakfast, so we could leave for the airport in time. The hotel is very close to a convenient metro stop.

“A Place to Lay Your Head”

The Aviation Saphir Montparnasse is far from perfect. The beds are low, the halls are dated and the towels are thin, but the location across from a Metro stop, it's location within a few blocks of Garett Montparnasse and a cheap price make it worth a look. There is an in-room safe and plenty of hot water. If you are expecting luxury or even Americam-style comfort look elsewhere.
