Very nice locacation, but not close to the Latin QPosted Jul 11, 2014
Great staff - day shift. Broken coffee maker... Needed for early departure... Not close to the Latin Quarter as advertised. Otherwise good - simple and clean. Price fair for Paris.

Night Staff very friendly and helpful!!!Posted May 25, 2014
Nice hotel. Very clean, easy access to shops ,bakery, small market and cafes with in short walking distance. Also has self laundry service 2 min walk! We arrived late at night and the staff was very nice. They went over public transportation gave us a map. Metro with in walking distance and very easy to use. Very big plus was the AC unit in room was actually cold! Only thing I did not like the beds were harder than I like but that may be a plus to some one else.price was great as well.

Conveniently locatedPosted May 11, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, quite environment, welcoming staffs. Everything in the mini fridge is free of charge.
Cons: To provide bin with plastic bag. Mini Bar table is too small. Wifi access should be provide upon check in and base on number of people stay.
Location: The hotel is surrounded by laundry shop, a half of football field size supermarket, restaurants like French, Kebab, Italy pizzas, bread shop, etc
Total four of us arrived earlier and wait about 15 minutes to get our room. We are welcoming by the staffs and was told extra charges for city tax, euro 1.5 per person/day is not inclusive in the booking. The room is spacious and cleaned everyday with all stuffs in the fridge & mini bar being replenished.

Noisy, Small & uncomfortable room - Wifi downPosted Apr 5, 2014
The room was EXTRA SMALL and NOISY. The comparison with other hotels in the same price range is 1 to 10. The INTERNET (WIFI) WAS DOWN all the time. I didn't like the location in a secondary street. The hotel personnel was very nice but I wouldn't recommend it.

Fabulous hotel!Posted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: The staff was very helpful, especially with this being my first time in Paris.
Cons: Larger coffee cups! In Canada cups are huge, so I had to get two Parisian cups for my one Canadian cup. But nothing really to criticize.
Location: Wonderful restaurants that don't break the bank! Bakeries with lovely treats! Supermarket nearby with a wide selection of wines!
This was my first trip to Paris and I was a bit nervous the first day. But by the second day I felt at ease and very comfortable in the neighbourhood. Great location, close to the Metro, a supermarket, lovely restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and offered assistance at all hours. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was used on a daily basis. The bakeries in the neighbourhood were everything we had hoped for and more! Great selection and friendly staff. My next trip to Paris will include this hotel!

An Excellent Find!Posted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Nothing! It was great!
Location: With the metro so near and Gare Montparnesse just a few blocks over, anything is accessible.
The hotel is very well situated - about 10 minutes walking from Gare Montparnasse, which made it easily accessible from the airport, train station and many metro lines. The hotel itself is off of the main street, so it was fairly quiet and easy to sleep. The room was a bit snug, but in the same way that all Parisian rooms seem to be. Overall, I found the room to be extremely clean, the bathroom clean and up-to-date, the AC was wonderful, and the beds soft. Yet all of this was made better by amazing staff. The staff truly made my stay and experience delightful. They were very friendly and welcoming, they gave me recommendations on where to go and pointed me in the right direction. They took my bags when I arrived early and always were willing to help when I plied them with questions. I would undoubtedly stay here again.

Clean room, big enough bathroom !Posted May 23, 2011
My daughter and I found the room to have adequate space to unpack and the bathroom had a place for our cosmetics, etc. Inconveniently located far from a Metro stop.

Simple elegancePosted Apr 26, 2011
We have stayed at this hotel for the past 15 years and have enjoyed it time and time again...it's charming with simple elegance! It's quaint, clean and you can enjoy a classical breakfast of delicious French breads and pastries. The neighborhood of Montparnass is embedded in great cuisine, spectacular views of the city from Montparnass Tower, and an array of small shops with great finds.
