Fabulous room with great shower, helpful and friendly staff, and very handy for all the sights. The area it is in seems fairly safe, which is highly unusual for Paris!

It was nice and clean. Spacious and very comfortable bed. I like that fact that it is close to supermarket, shops and Cafes. It is about 15min from Arche de Thriomphe. I would stay there again

The hotel is in an old building. However, the room that we were offered was comfortable and well equipped though small if compared to our american standards. Staff is friendly, especially Ivan who gave us useful details about the city. Hot breakfast is available and tasty. The hotel is just 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Arc of Triumph and Metro stations. I, definitely, recommend this hotel.

Art-Deco in Paris
This hotel is based in a 1920’s Art Deco style building and somewhat unorthodox in its design. However, the rooms were not terribly small (for Paris), clean, and comfortable. It also has a really tiny 2 person elevator - I didn’t think those ran anymore! The staff was friendly and helpful and hooked us up with an excellent airport shuttle. The neighborhood is pleasant and although it is a bit further away from the main tourist attractions it is really just a couple of stops more on the subway. The street can get noisy during rush hours, but our room was pretty quiet. Perhaps being on an upper floor helped.

Great stay in Paris
This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for us, accessible while not in the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. The staff were extremly helpful and courteous. I had a slight issue when I booked my room but both the staff at Hotels.com and the hotel helped me resolve We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot speak on it. I will be returning.

We had a good four-night stay at the hotel. We were able to check in early at 1 PM, and the 12 PM check out time is very handy. They were also able to store our baggage until we headed to the airport later that evening. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We loved the Nespresso machine, which we were given two capsules for each day. The hotel is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe (you can see it from the front steps of the hotel) and Champs Elysees. It also has great transport around it, with the Wagram metro station 2 minutes around the corner. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was slightly annoying that one day our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we came back one afternoon.

Very mixed bag experience. Location is great - Arc is a 15 min walk away, lots of restaurants, train/metro stations nearby. The hotel itself really needs upgrading. I really don't know why this qualifies as a 4 star hotel. It's all very, very basic. Some of the hotel staff were wonderful and others were dreadful. We had to get a takeaway one evening because we unfortunately were stuck in the middle of the riots and no restaurants were open. When our takeaway arrived the hotel were unable to provide us with two forks. I asked why a 4 star hotel doesn't have any forks and their response was essentially a shrug... So we ate our dinner with tiny teaspoons. We wouldn't pick this hotel again for our next trip to Paris.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly especially the night guy Saber who was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign on the door every single day of our 6 night stay. They knock and walk right in without enough time to even respond even though the dnd sign was there. This would have been a huge problem if this were to happen while we were dressing or bathing but luckily it didn't. The cleaning staff also never replaced the toilet paper which we had to go to the desk when we needed a new roll. We never tried the breakfast because there is a great little café right across the street with really good food. Overall I would recommend this hotel and we would stay there again if we return to Paris.

Room was great and close to metro. However, the elevator not being available for 15 minutes when your room is on the top floor, because staff have it on hold is not good customer service. Also front desk staff was not helpful when needed. WiFi connection was poor throughout the stay.

loved the location

I don't recommande this hotel.
When we arrived our room was not available, 2:30 pm. The elevator too small for baguages and us. No desk for our clothes. The safe was on the desk but not screw on, you could leave with it. You have to ask for face towel. We have a coffee machine in the room, Nespresso machine, the first day the capsule was free but you have to pay for the next one, one euro each. The door lock work, but even when the door lock in on, you could open the door by inside as usual, as well as outside with your door key. The house cleaning personal was entering without knowing. Two time the room cleaner open the door when we was their without knowing. An other bad point for them, the breakfast in included with the room everywhere in Best Western hotel. In this hotel, the breakfast is not included if you had reserved on Expedia. The buffet breakfast in 14 euros per personne. For a couple like us, 10 days, make 280 euros. We saved nothing the reserved by Expedia.
