Pros: The staff is friendly.
Cons: Transportation to airport

the hotel is outside the center of Paris. A connected line of the RER, some 30 minutes drive away. Rooms have air conditioning. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly.

Weekend AwayPosted Jul 29, 2014
Room small and basic - get what you pay for. Road outside could be heard and also any movement in the corridor. Staff friendly and helpful - some spoke English, some only spoke French. Hotel is 20 minutes (1.1 miles ) the train station and it's uphill there but easy to find. Breakfast was nice and fresh. No WIFI and TV all French unless English programme on where you could change tv language. Would suggest if someone wanted pleasant cheap place to stay but not for those who like very quiet hotel or anything above basic.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed atPosted Nov 24, 2013
No one spoke or understood English, dirty room, cramped and cold!! Toilet door with no handle causing me to become trapped in there, toilet didn't flush, no remote control for the tv and generally a unkempt hotel!!

Great place for Disneyland on a budgetPosted Jul 10, 2013
Pros: Good service, great Breakfast if you are hungry in the morning served 0630 - 1000
Location: Already described
Situated in Torcy ,very close to all kinds of shops yet not too busy. excellent bus service and 15 minute walk to the main Paris line station or Disneyland direct. Pleasant room with shower, none too large but extremely clean. Windows open if required view of road. Parking adjacent but not hotel provided. Breakfast available at 7.50 euro good selection of cereals, croissants,French bread savoury biscuits , fruit, yoghourt, coffee, tea cold meat - enough for keenest appetite. Security conscious and extremely courteous with reasonable understanding of English language. Facility to book instantly outside machine takes Balladin card. Budget class accommodation but sweet.

Do not go- you have been warned!Posted Jun 5, 2013
Pros: When l left
Cons: Every second l was there
Location: Quiet area but horrible people.
The rooms was not cleaned at all during my stay there. The staff are very stand-offish, especially if you try to get some breakfast to eat. They will hound uou down and will not let you eat a single crumb after the closing time. There where babies running around the corridor the whole time. Smokers left the fire escape open which is quite dangerous. There was building work when l stayed there, which was not advertised on the website. Plus, I found the general public in Torcy very judgemental and unapproachable. Lastly, a it's a bnb, you're supposed to have free breakfast- yeah right! They will charge you for earung right at the last minute as you are checking out. Unbelievable!

Disappointing compared to other budget hotelsPosted Apr 14, 2012
Pros: Clean sheets
Cons: Staff could have been more helpful
Location: Not bad if visiting Disneyland, quiet.
Fair enough, a budget hotel, and if we had never stayed in one for a similar price I would have thought it was ok but compared to the Premier Classe just down the road it came out worse. Reception was very shabby as was the room. Staff were not particularly helpful. We were given half a roll of toilet paper on arrival and when we asked for more we were told there was some already in our room and they wouldn`t give us any. We searched high and low and there was none there. We had a bang on the door from the maid each morning as she didn`t think we were out of our room early enough - 9.30am - 10am. Not that early but it`s never been a problem elsewhere and we`re not 4star people. One of the legs on our bed collapsed and we fixed it ourselves as we didn`t know how to explain it in French. Having said that, the maid did a very good job of cleaning the room (and replenished the toilet rolls). Sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. The beds were quite comfortable and didn`t collapse again! A large group of teenagers stayed there at the same time and inevitably they were noisy as they enjoyed a free run of the hotel which can`t really be helped but the layout of the hotel was very open plan, our room being on the large landing there was no way to escape the noise which went on till 10.30pm - not that late but difficult for families. TV worked. Bed for our son pulled out from under our bed which we did ourselves on arrival. Small room but what you`d expect for the price.

Get what you pay for...Posted Apr 2, 2012
I booked this hotel because we wanted a place near disneyland paris but something not pricey. The hotel is 15min walk to the Torcy RER train station- which is a 5 min train journey direct to Disney OR a 30min train direct to Paris. When we walked into the room it smelt of old socks, but after the window was open for a while the smell soon went. Also the holder that holds the shower head was broken. Cosmetically the hotel was shabby but it was a place to leave our bags and sleep. The bed was very comfortable and they could benefit from tea/coffee facilities (as I didn't fancy wandering round the neighbourhood) FYI, the staff do not speak english- but were nice enough to try and understand us (which I appreciated). Overall, for the price, its what you pay for! If you're not planning to spend a lot of time at your hotel then I think its fine! P.S. the pictures didn't look much like the real thing!

My trip to Torcy FrancePosted Nov 26, 2011
Location: I had to go on this trip because my dad was in the hospital. Palm Springs had lots to do and see and fun to be there.
I had to be at this location because it was 10 min walk to my family home. They were friendly, helpful. its beautiful around the hotel. Found some cute stores, bakery around and even farmers market on saturday, if you like to walk 10-15 min, there is a very nice shopping centers and food court convent if you do not want to go far. Also Disney land is not too far. Paris is 30 min with car but also there is all convenient transportation. The only thing I did not like is: to get the internet you have to dial a # and they gave you 2 days at the time. I did not have a phone and one employee helped calling for me. They told me thats how its there, also they close the lobby at night but have emergency # to call. The room is very small, small closet but I managed and kept some cloths in my suitcase. I will go back when I go to visit the family again. I just like quite. The family has young kids and they make noise. I hope this info will help you.
