Room too small!Posted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: It's a few minutes walk from the metro. There are several restaurants near it
Cons: The rooms are too small. The breakfast is not worth the price paid for it.
Location: It's near the metro and you can take the train to anywhere. It's also a few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower and central Paris.
The room was disappointingly small. It was so small that we had to put the table chair in the bathroom to create some space. Additionally, the room was basic. If you were looking for a decent place to sleep that is in central Paris, this would be it.

Perfect little Paris hotel...GREAT locationPosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: AMAZING location. comfortable rooms, quiet area
Cons: update the lift
Location: Rue Cler, shopping, restaurants, Eiffel Tower, Metro station
This hotel is in the back streets of Paris right next to the amazing Rue Cler (full of shops and restaurants) it is quiet... easy 10 minute walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to the Metro. The bathrooms were great and beds comfy. The lift was very tiny and stairs were dark and steep, but overall great stay.

Very Friendly Small Hotel in Excellent LocationPosted Dec 17, 2013
Very friendly staff, the hotel is next to Invalides and 10min from the Eiffel Tower. Expect a tiny lift and steep staircase, which is quite common in Paris houses. The room was clean and comfortable with some minor mechanical issues. Transport is excellent with two Metro stations within 5min walk.

Great location, very helpful staffPosted Dec 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is well located near the ecole militaire station , about 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower . There are a number of restaurants / cafés on the adjoining Rue Clair so food too was not a problem. There are supermarkets near the hotel as well as bakeries which can cater to ur breakfast though the hotel does a continental breakfast for 9 euros . The staff was very helpful a special mention of Saad at the reception here. The rooms were a trifle smaa. The elevator too can just fit one person with luggage . The carpeting on the stairs and a couple of things would need a makeover .. An electric kettle is something which needs to be placed in each of the rooms especially in winter

Close to Metro and Eiffel TowerPosted Dec 2, 2013
Pros: Proximity to metro Clean and Comfortable Proximity to Eiffel Tower Quiet Street
Cons: The rooms could be bigger, but with the price and location, you get what you pay for
We found this hotel fairly easily from the metro. After booking, we learned Rick Steves recommends this hotel, and his book had a nice map that allowed us to easily find the hotel. The staff was helpful and provided maps for us to give directions to find attractions. The hotel is located on a side street so there is not a lot of noise. We did not utilize the hotel breakfast, but chose the nearby cafes. The room is incredibly small. Hardly room to walk around the bed, and past the desk. However, it is a great value for the money, and gets you close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower. Overall, an excellent option.
