Great location, friendly staff. Elevator was really small, so keep that in mind if you have large luggage. Rooms are on the small side but that’s typical for rooms in Paris.

A very short walk to Rue Clar, lots of dining options. We never got up early enough for breakfast at the hotel. The room was a little small but it worked out ok, as we spent most of our day touring. Housekeeping was good, staff was friendly. Small elevator available was a necessity for my elderly mom. Would stay again.

Great location. Plenty of good dining options and provides you a good feel of Parisienne life. Rooms are excessively small. Reception area looks somewhat dungy.

One block away from rue cler which has many shops and places to eat. Very good price. Comfortable size of room for Paris. Clean room and good staff. Overall a great hotel

This was your typical European hotel. Not a lot of space, but it was very clean. I loved the location! It’s only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and it’s a great walk through lively streets with cafes and shops. I felt super safe and it was super convenient to dining and shopping. There’s a street right outside with the cutest cafes, ice cream shops, and chocolate shops. Totally walkable. It’s about a 20-30 min walk towards palace de la concord or louvre, but if you’re a person with normal physical activity, it’s a doable walk. We did it and would stop for pastries or shopping every so often so it didn’t feel like a chore of a walk (and saved us tons on Uber). I recommend this hotel based on location and cleanliness.

I really liked our stay here. I'd hate to have to park if I had rented a car. It was small and quaint. Interesting how you only get one card and you turn it in to the office every time you leave. I liked the beds too.

I had a very good experience at the hotel. it’s centrally located. all attractions were nearby. I didn’t need to go too far to visit each location i had in mind. staff was also very good and polite. breakfast buffet worth it.

It was a nice & beautiful hotel with easy access to places like, metro stations, restaurants, bakeries, markets, lots of food & coffee places (including crepes, chicken, meat, etc.), an ALDI, an Amorino (delicious Ice Cream spot) and best of all, an easy an quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. Also close to the Seine cruises port. I highly recommended.

it is ok for this price for this area for 1 night and for 1 person) but it is too small, so if you like big new room and nice modern hotels avoid booking this one. Staff is nice and kind. Location is ok.

-UNDER CONSTRUCTION, but not explained on hotel booking web pages, and it is the hotel's (moral) responsibility. -PAINT SMELL in the hotel, especially in the room. -NOT WORKING radiator and heater, while Paris was in -1 or -2 celsius. -Good location and friendly staffs.

Good part: Staff is helpful and friendly. The location is quite good. Bad part: Windows are small and some are facing indoors. Water temperature is unstable, which is a little annoying. It is an okay-choice.

Very close to everything, especially Eiffel Tower. Lots of dining options at literally a few steps. Safe neighborhood. Clean and quiet. Small room, no luxuries but comfortable. Helpful friendly staff. Everyone was very nice and courteous.

Nice Walkable hotel just outside the tourist spot. Building currently under construction so it’s a little bit noisy. Not the most safe feeling room as there’s no peek hole at the door and the window was open.

Location is GREAT.
The location is AMAZING. It's just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower with tons of little bistros just 1/2 block away. The front desk held our bags while we needed some extra time for check in and was friendly and helpful. Would stay here agian.

Great place to stay in Paris
We arrived at the hotel a few hours before check in so had to leave luggage in lobby. One of our neck pillows were gone when we came back to check in. Everything else was fantastic great neighbourhood close to Eiffel Tower. Would stay again

The location was great, close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower (as advertised). The beds were quite comfortable and the room was neat. However, the air conditioner didn’t work which is uncomfortable during summer. The elevator was tiny and outdated. Overall, the staff weren’t that helpful.

This place was great. It was a very quiet property. It sits right near a ton of cafe's and bakeries just what you would imagine in Paris. It is a very short walk to the metro which we used every day to get everywhere we wanted. Then on top of all that it is like 15 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. I'd stay here again when I return to Paris, which I will because the trip there feels like a dream.
