“Good price, good location, pleasant staff.”
Very good surrounding!!! normal hotel for acceptable price.
“Charming in every way”
We loved this place. The rooms are tiny, but very romantic if you can move the end tables around and open the huge windows to the street below. Noisy if open, but once you close them and have the air on, it is so quiet you can't hear a siren. The bathroom has a huge tub and shower and lots of counter space, hair drier ( a must for me!) and natural light! The breakfast was amazing and the place is charning. We will definitely go there again. BTW, the bistro across the street has the best deals on morning baguette and great coffee! All the locals. Right near the Metro and a cool neighborhood.
“Tiny rooms, needs renovation, too expensive, better options in neighborhood”
Pros: location, friendly desk clerks and cleaning staff, cafe next door with satisfactory breakfasts and light meals and reasonable service, metro Saint Placide a few steps away, location once again Cons: tiny rooms, worn carpet, decor and bathrooms need rehaul, lift is claustrophobic, way too expensive for what it is, Expedia made it sound much better than it is
“Good hotel for it's price”
Good standart european hotel, clean but small room but near restaurants , metro and shopping places .
“Hotel Aramis Saint Germain”
Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, a pleasure to interact with. The Hotel was right by the Saint Placide metro, and surrounded by cafes and shopping. Located almost directly between St Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, probably a 10 minute walk in either direction.. Room was small, probably typical by European standards, but well-appointed and clean, with a very nice bathroom.
“Love this hotel - will stay here each time in Paris”
We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times. We like the location with an easy walk to St Germain, easy access to Metro (across the street), but not noisy and full of tourists. Lots of stores around the area if you like that sort of thing. Hotel is very friendly and they speak English. Rooms have been renovated in last few years; they are small, but comfortable. The bathroom now has a jacuzzi tub, which surprised me (could be useful after all that walking in Paris). Breakfast is good and very fresh. If you take Eurostar, the Metro is a directly line from Gare du Nord or about 14 Euros by Taxi.
“Clean and convenient place to stay”
Located directly across from the metro in the very busy Montparnasse neighborhood with abundant shopping all around. Hotel is clean, reception service helpful and bilingual. Elevator is a plus. Enjoyed full continental breakfast and newspaper each morning in the lounge.
“Just right”
Hotel was really great. Arrived quite a bit before check-in and only had to wait five minutes to get into room early. Room and bathroom were pretty small and somewhat nondescript but very clean and all my boyfriend and I needed. Didn't spend much time in room anyway. Bed was comfy and AC worked well. Was very nice having someone at front desk 24/7 and just leaving key (real key) with whoever was on duty as we exited. Great location: close to cafes, shopping and two super close metro stops. The very best part about this hotel was the staff at the front desk. Every single person we spoke with was so kind and friendly and always ready with a map and a recommendation to help us get our sightseeing underway. Great experience for me. Just right!
“Can't wait to go back to Paris and stay at this place again!”
We did a lot of research on hotels, and I was a little worried about this one since the price was much better then most, but my husband and I were SO HAPPY with this hotel! The location was great, 2 metro station right across the street, staff all spoke English and were friendly. The room was really nice and clean, really nice bathroom and shower! We had a room facing the street and it was lovely to open the windows and watch the city. Also, it was pretty quite at night, which was nice to sleep through. This hotel really was great and an amazing value, I definitely recommend it! The room was small but not terribly, it's perfect if you traveling and site seeing all day and need a nice clean comfortable place to stay!
“Nice location in Paris”
Nice and clean hotel, standard size rooms, helpful staff. Convenient location 10 minutes walk from Jardin du Luxembourg and 20 minutes from Notre Dame. Definitely recommend.
