will never stay here again

Pros: receptionists in the morning were pleasant but just wanted to get out of there
Cons: Don't know where to start. No way is this a 3 star
Check in was very slow and waited 10-15 minutes. I was then told I didn't have a reservation and the hotel was full so it was up to me to contact Expedia and they should find me another hotel. As I speak French I made it very clear I had paid in advance, the hotel had my money, I did not accept that I had to find another hotel. Hey presto I suddenly had a room thanks to the receptionist who said he was giving me the room for another guest and basically the last person to check in would be the person who would have to fins another hotel. I apologise to the person this happened to. The room bathroom was pokey with only two thins small towels. You could hear anybody walking in the corridor and the fire door slammed loudly. On the second night I could hear some poor woman who had a bad cough most of the night.

Enjoyed my stay. Would stay again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. Although the rooms are a little on the small side, why do you need a large room when you will be out sightseeing all day?! Near to a Metro station and on Saturdays there is a local market just a few yards away selling lots of great things. Would also recommend the excellent Italian restaurant next door to the hotel for a very reasonable price, the food was amazing! The hotel is also near Parc des Princes, Rolland Garros and walkable to the Rock en Seine music festival which was on during out stay (although we didn't realise until we got home unfortunately!) Overall a great hotel would stay again

Smallest room ever

Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Not much
Location: Close to river but not close to Eiffel Tower.
Very small room, bathroom very very small no room to wash in shower. Gave myself black eye tring to pick something off the floor. Air conditioning did not work for 2 days and then came on and made horrible noise. Had to get staff to turn off again. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable.
