I have been to Paris many times before but I would describe my recent stay as simply "Fantastic". The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well furnished. The location is close to everything you need. Would definetly stay again whenever I visit Paris.

Would stay again - definitely!
Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is clean and safe. The rooms are nice and well maintained. There is no vent in the bathroom and the room can become a little stuffy. However, this issue is minor. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant.

We have no problem with Expedia who must have already confirmed this to you. Your attitude is becoming suspicious Madam, you refuse to admit that you accepted the conditions of sale and you are punishing us for your lack of analysis. Expedia, Best Western or whoever wanted you, have nothing to reproach us for. We are an independent hotel, we made you an offer which you accepted. Nobody forced you to do it. If you didn't agree you had to check with your agency, once again Expedia or Best Western, never mind, and find another hotel. Stop harassing us Madam please, you are not the only one who can complain, a hotel has rights when it comes to customers like you.Anne-Marie Gerbault Director

Very convenient location. Warm and welcoming staff Who were very happy to assist with any request and to anticipate our needs. Great breakfast with many hot and cold options onsite and snacks and drinks on request. Good coffee and tea with kettle and nespresso machine in room. Room and bathroom were comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return

I had a great stay at this hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff who accommodated my special request. I was always greeted very warmly, and the concierge very kindly helped me practice my French! The property was very clean and the area is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff, particularly Greti on the front desk, were terrific - friendly and helpful! We stayed in a Junior Suite - which was spacious and very comfortable for our four-night stay. We walked just about everywhere - the hotel is very central to many of the major attractions. But Metro and taxi options were also readily available and nearby.

Great budget friendly hotel
For a budget friendly hotel, I would certainly recommend this hotel. Clean, good area, and friendly staff ( especially Sophie at the front desk). The breakfast is average so I wouldn’t recommend that, but everything else was worth the stay.

An Ideal Place To Stay
The Best Western Sydney Opera Hotel in Paris is a very nice place to stay for multiple reasons. First and foremost, the staff there was very friendly and efficient, from the front desk to the server at breakfast, as well as the cleaning staff. Secondly, the hotel was very clean, not only the rooms but also the lobby area. Although some of the rooms are not large (by our American standards), they are functional. (We stayed in a regular room at the beginning of our trip and a much larger (deluxe) room on our return at the end of our trip.) The A/C worked very well in the rooms as well as in the lobby and dining area, and this was especially appreciated during the hottest day in Paris this summer. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is ideal. It is walking distance to the Madeline church, to the Paris Opera, to the stores (Galleries Lafayette and Printemps), as well as to the Paris metro, Furthermore, there are several nice restaurants and bars near the hotel, as well as several small grocery shops, where you can get your water supply and any other things that you might want, Overall, the two stays at this hotel during this 2022 summer proved to be most pleasant experiences and my family and I look forward to staying there again when we visit Paris.

Well situated property. Air conditioning worked well and kept room comfortable during heat wave in Paris. Small but highly functional bathroom. Shower door that closed and kept water in the shower (which is rare in Paris).

Overall a decent hotel
I was a bit worried as I’ve been to Paris in 3 stars before and they are more like one stars. But this hotel is more like a 4 star very clean. Friendly staff nice room and clean I would happily recommend this hotel and if I ever went back to pairs I would go here. Also very good location. Thanks

I got one of the bigger ( two beds) room, it had a little living area too, which is a plus in Paris. The room was quiet, excellent air con. Breakfast was good—typical. The neighbourhood is fantastic, lots of restaurants at all budget levels, shopping, pretty too. I would stay there again.

We have stayed here on prior trips and are never disappointed. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the Seine, shops, restaurants and groceries. The staff is bar none very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was changed to an early morning arrival and they hurried to clean rooms to allow us to check in early. Everyone was so helpful. Sophie even wrote out directions for us ...The young man who was there Tuesday night was also extremely helpful in planning our transportation about town and printed out a map that allowed us easy access to two close metro stations. All the people were helpful and friendly!

Great customer service and a nice place to stay.
Olga at the front desk was really nice and patient during our check-in process. She took the time to explain and showed us the way to the elevator. The hotel also stored our luggage because we arrived before the check-in time. Our bags were taken to our room after the room was available. The room was clean and quiet, but occasionally we could hear the neighbor, though we suspect this is normal for most buildings in Paris. Public transportation and restaurants were close to the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
