Even though I had already paid in full for the room, the five of us were required to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. It took about 15 minutes for each person to secure their room keys. Why? No idea - they had one person working- not sure if training or calling other employees to step in to help when it gets busy would improve the situation. There were other employees that could have stepped in to help wandering around but they didn’t seem phased by the inconvenience caused to clients. After traveling for 16 hours that day, we were exhausted and didn’t appreciate the delay when we still needed to go elsewhere to find dinner, drop off rental car, and it was 9pm.
