The room is so tiny there is not even space to open my luggage and I had to squeeze sideways to get between the wall and the end of the bed; The room definitely needs to be updated

The hotel was very small and was definitely not a good location. The service was terrible the coffee machine was molded, the drain wasn’t working properly, and there was lots of noise. The worst hotel in the world!!!☹️

Excellent overall! We loved it!
Everything was absolutely excellent! Super comfy bed and fabulous shower! We checked in about 10pm. We didn’t need dinner. There is a wonderful corner store right next door that is open until 4am. The store had beautiful fruit, water, wine/alcohol, treats and all types of stuff to buy to eat. Excellent experience! There is breakfast also that looked great! It is an additional reasonable minimal charge. We already made other breakfast plans and didn’t try it, but it looked really good!

Wow!!! If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. The area was perfect and access the metro line 7.Also, the bus was also across the street. The bakery around the corner was the BESt! I had the best time in Paris and this was a great win for us because the area was perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel because of the service and location.

Great location. Short walk to Lafayette area or Gare Du Nord station. Unfortunately for the 2 rooms I booked, the shower was extremely dirty. When we used the shower and the water hit the shower tiles, the dirt in between was coming off. Thank god we brought sandals and used it to shower or else the dirt would be all over our feet! I told the front desk and he said cleaning was not available yet and wouldn’t move us to different rooms. Room was neat and had a nice view. Staff were ok.

This was a great place to stay in Paris! It's relatively close to a lot of the tourist sights, and has very easy access to the Metro. It's close to restaurants and was a great place to stay for 4 days while visiting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anselmo who worked in the evenings! We didn't eat the hotel breakfast but it looked great when we left each morning. They also had water and coffee available at all times. Very clean, with the windows closed you couldn't hear any of the street noise. We would stay here again.

Excellent find
It's always a risk choosing hotels in big cities as you often have to pay over the odds for something mediocre... Not so in this case, it's a charming, modern, clean and well-presented hotel, in a great location. I loved it. My room was compact but lovely and pristine, with a very nice bathroom (and fab shower!).. All the staff seem lovely. I will definitely stay again.

I am on an extended trip through Europe. I have loved every hotel I stayed in all in this price range or less. This place I disliked so much that I checked out a day early. Right at checkin they put a hold on credit card in case there is an “issue or you take anything from mini bar.” You are given a free bottle of water, but the top is not sealed. It has obviously been refilled from somewhere. There is no safe. Sink was clogged and the shelf under the sink, the only area where you can put stuff, was broken. Wi-Fi was another problem. It went on and off. I could not reach Expedia to make onward reservation. I tried all night. I had to walk to rail station to get tourist info and a decent map.

Cute hotel in short distance from Gare du Nord
Great little hotel. Our room was practical and stylish. Big, comfortable bed. Nice, big bathroom. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The not-so-positives: the price and poor Wi-Fi connection (quite inconvenient when combined with really poor cellular reception).

I filled out a survey for 11AM arrival and 3 adapters. Mistook it for early check in and 3 adapters. The hotel was very understanding and accommodating. We left our luggage with the front desk and checked in later. They ran out of adapters by the time we got settled in.

A pleasant stay

Spacious queen size room and very friendly staff.
Excellent stay at the Best Western Premier, Faubourg. The queensize bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. An exquisite bathroom with large walk in shower and also large bath tub made the stay very pleasant also. I only tried the breakfast once at the weekend but didn't think too much of the buffet, it's Paris so lots of places to explore and to have breakfast elsewhere. Would definitely come back again!

A bit old the hotel but well maintained. The air conditioner did not worked for a few hours but it was solved by the hotel staff.
