Expensive and not worth it. Only location is good. Rip off and in terrible condition and stinks. Mold in the bathroom and room. Ceiling in bathroom peeling off. Not a 4 star. Elevator small can barely fit 2 average size people and most of the time it is stuck on the 5th floor and doesn’t not come down. Bathroom stays wet as water collects around the tub. They only give water on day of arrival.

Check in was super fast and easy. Our rooms were really nice and comfortable. The hotel isnt far from the metro station. We chose to pay for breakfast and it had a nice spread of foods. All of the staff at the hotel were very lovely. Overall I would come back again if im staying in Paris.

The staff was wonderful. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when we were checking in and also printing my train tickets. Great location near Metro line 4 and easy to get to all our favorite areas. My only surprise, since it's a 4 star hotel, is that the breakfast didn't have the great coffee machines we've seen everywhere else we've been in the last 3 months - they make wonderfully, perfect coffee.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Reception staff helpful. My bathroom had a bath- bliss. Only downside was traffic noise so earplugs are advisable. Would go again.

This hotel is located in one of the best turistic neighborhoods in Paris. Very close to the Sainte Chapelle, Nôtre Dame Cathedral, Metro & RER stations and lots of restaurants of any kind. The premises are very well kept and rooms are quiet and sound isolated although being just overlloking the Avenue St. Michel.

The first thing the cranky man at the front desk, said in English was "you don't get free breakfast, you didn't pay for it" --we never inquired about breakfast because we usually don't stop for it The elevator was the size of a coffin & we got stuck in the elevator--terrifying! (the staff did carry our bags up) We never tried it again but it is basically a walk up. The toilet broke & we were without a toilet for a day & a half. We had trouble with the heat & froze on 2 nights The room was so small, no where to put anything & was so so dark! When you look at the pictures & then see the reality you will be more than disappointed--Don't stay there!

Dear Lyn,We are surprised to read your opinion that does not reflect the truth.The whole team is dedicated to the customer and we do our best to be useful.After you checked in when you contacted reception to inform of the problem with the toilet, they sent you the concierge to check it out and try to find a solution.The reception offered you to change rooms but you refused this offer.The next morning, the technician tried to come and fix the toilet, but someone was still sleeping and that’s why he had to come back in the afternoon.Our elevator is small but efficient and we had no stuck report with the elevator, the elevator worked properly during your entire stay.The images and size of the online room exactly match the reality.We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, but our hotel is a secure establishment and has the comfort and kindness of these guests.Best regards.

Great location, third visit
Had top floor classic which had a sloping ceiling on one side of the room which made it difficult to stand up. Free safe in the room and free WiFi. No deposit required upon arrival unlike the one we stayed in London. Great location for the sights and local bars and restaurants. Not the hotel’s fault but paid around £98 tourist tax for a weeks stay!

A hotel with charm and friendly staff
Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Always happy to help. Hotel has a classical charm. It was very clean , quiet ( fantastic considering its location) and warm. The room was cleaned daily , comfortable and had good views. Staff helped with luggage and stored our buggy daily which helped massively. The elevator is small , but don’t let it deter you from a great hotel and comfortable stay with your family.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast choices were good. There is always a staff at the lobby even when we coming back from a a late dinner. The only thing not working was the safe.

Great location
Very good stay. Hotel staff is very attentive and nice. Older hotel so the room is small. As previously stated the elevator has to be one of the world’s smallest lol but it works. Best thing about this hotel is location is amazing.

Excellent location! Right in the heart of historic Paris - I was able to walk to all of the major attractions. There are plenty of dining options in the area, including bakeries, take out places and sit-down restaurants. An added bonus was that the RERB (train) goes from CDG airport to the St. Michel stop and from there it is a short (2-4) minute walk to the hotel. I stayed in a classic double room which was small, but fine for solo travel, and the mini fridge, kettle and combination shower/tub was appreciated. The property shows some wear and tear (carpet, tub finish, armchair in room) but it was clean. My courtyard location meant there was very little street noise, although you could hear hallway noise clearly. Overall it was an excellent stay!

Very comofortable beds + good location
Great location, next to the metro station and opposite Notre Dame. Close to many restaurants and bars. Very (!!) comfortable bed and clean rooms. Excellent toiletries provided.

Fabulous location at reasonable price. Very friendly staff give the place a lovely atmosphere. Very tiny lift!

This hotel gets two thumbs up from me for location and comfort! You cannot beat the location. Walking distance from so many sites and right next to the metro. The beds were soooooo comfortable. Most comfortable stay out of 3 locations on our trip. Only downside is the room was tiny for 3. We had a queen and twin and it was pretty right. The elevator was also very tiny (older building) so I opted for the stairs to the fourth floor.
