Great hotel in an excellent locationPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: The staff were very friendly and overall the hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel was in a central location.
First time in Paris and wanted to make sure our stay went well, the hotel was recommended by a friend as a very good hotel in a central location. The hotel was in a great location for both travel to and from CDG (the Roissybus stops just a few minutes away) and it is in a great location for good access to all the points of interest in Paris.

Nice hotel. Close to the Louvre and Opera.Posted Jun 30, 2014
Great experience. The orange juice at the hotel was freshly squeezed. The location was walking distance to the Louvre and not more than a $20 ride to most other sites within the city. The hotel was modern and perfect for an American.

Nice hotel with easy access to major attractionsPosted Jun 29, 2014
As a female travelling alone to Paris or Europe for the first time I was looking for a nice hotel for my 3 weeks' stay in Paris with a few main considerations in mind: safety, room cleanliness, comfort and location. This hotel meets my requirements in that it is located in a nice, safe neighbourhood with easy access to major attractions ( by walking or by close-by Metro subway, RER train or bus). The room safe uses card swipe entry where I have no problem during my stay with safe storing of my cash, passport and my iStuffs using my own magnetic card. The room is cleaned and my bed is made everyday; and I find it a great comfort to tuck myself into a nicely made, clean bed in a clean room at the end of a sight-seeing day. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with my enquiries. I highly recommend this hotel.

LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD & GOOD LOCATIONPosted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff, the comfort of the room.
Cons: The room wasn't always cleaned as well as I would have liked, but it was acceptable.
Location: The location was wonderful, within walking distance of many good restaurants and sites.
The staff we met were very polite, helpful and considerate. We were in walking distance of the Place de Concorde, the Louvre and other sites in Paris. We spent 2 weeks at the hotel and the desk staff was the best.

Nice Hotel Close to OperaPosted May 29, 2014
Pros: Close to the train station Opera and easy access from the airport
Cons: They can improve the breakfast menu. After a while you would want variety of choices for breakfast.
Location: Opera garnier. Near train station. Close to Roissy bus. The train system in Paris is really good, so it will take anywhere in no time.
Me and my wife had a great time in Paris! The hotel is well located around Opera Garnier. We took the Roissy bus from CDG to Opera and walked for a few minutes to the hotel. I thought that was pretty neat, since this was our first Paris trip and we did not know about their train system and we did not want to spend hundreds of Euros on taxi rides. The hotel is a nice small hotel and the staff is great. Also every morning we had free breakfast.

Great hotel in the perfect areaPosted May 19, 2014
Pros: Very large showers, extremely comfortable beds, & the continental breakfasts. Room service was also excellent.
Location: So near everything in central Paris! Also a block from a metro station. The Opera House was 1 block away, & the tour was amazing.
We stayed for a week in Paris at this hotel. The staff was warm & very helpful with all of our needs & requests throughout our stay. They were able to provide dining recommendations & reservations, provided an iron & board for my daughter, extra blankets & help explaining our thermostat. The breakfasts went beyond our expectations too. The rooms were spotless & the beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here if visiting Paris again!

perfect hotel in the opera area of parisPosted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: everything, very good value for money.
Cons: Can't think of anything I would change.
Location: Perfect spot within walking distance to visit all the major sights.
My wife and Ihad a wonderful stay at the Best Western L'horset Opera. The hotel is set in a quite street away from the busy Opera house and is in a perfect spot within walking distance to access most of the important sights and historic buildings. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The inclusive buffet breakfast is brilliant and of a good choice too.The Roisy bus terminal just to the side of the Opera House and a few minutes from the hotel is very frequent and is an added boon when flying in to Paris to Charles de Gaule airport. Can't recomend this hotel highly enough and will definately be back.
