Good location to access Paris sights

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Quality hotel with some rather good eateries and bars nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Double glazing would be a welcome addition.
Location: Easy walking distance to metro and sights of Paris. Visit to Publisher pub 200 metres up the road is a must for food and drink.
Our room was front facing and the only downside was the traffic noise although after walking around Paris all day this did not prevent us having a good sleep. We did not do breakfast so can't comment but given staff friendliness and efficiency it's bound to be good.

Perfect hotel for a short Paris visit

Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: As above
Cons: Nothing
Location: Supermarket and laundry close by. Gare St Lazare five minutes walk away. Galeries Lafayette's a ten minute walk away. Many restaurants close by.
Perfect location for short to medium stays where you want to sample the highlights of Paris. Friendly and helpful staff. Compact rooms but stylishly outfitted with everything you need. Comfortable bed.

“Dear client, Thank you very much for taking the time to give a feedback on your stay. Your comments are very important to us; they give us directions to follow in order to improve, to adapt ourselves to your needs, and to offer the best service. Thank you so much for your feedback on the staff! Your comment will be forwarded to the concerned departments. Should we have the pleasure to welcome you again, why not trying the Executive room “La Belle Parisienne” ? It is larger than its sister “La parisienne”, very quiet with a view on the courtyard for more comfort! Warm Regards from Paris,

Cosy hotel close to city centre

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Modern, friendly hotel with boutique feel, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Close to restaurants and metro, and was always very pleasant to return to a clean, cosy room.

“Dear Helen, Thank you so, so much for the nice comment! We are delighted we fulfilled your expectations, and your feedback motivates us to keep doing our best to provide the best service possible! As you said, the hotel is ideally located between several metro stations, which makes it possible to reach the Champs-Elysées within 15 minutes, and The Louvre within 20 minutes. There are plenty of good restaurants in the surroundings, and the receptionists have a lot of good addresses to recommend. Be sure we will share your nice comment to the whole team. Warm Regards from Paris,”

“Dear Rachel, Thank you so much for taking the time to give a feedback on your stay at the Best Western Premier le Swann. We are glad you are satisfied with the overall experience. We are going to share your kind comments to the concerned departments! Regarding the bar, it has been created very recently, and we are pleased to read the first comments about it! It offers a wide range of customised cocktail around the universe of Marcel Proust, as the cocktail Le Swann, as well as the classic ones. The location of the hotel makes the major Paris’ attractions very accessible, and is very quiet at the same time. We are looking forward to welcoming you again! Best Regards from Paris,”

Pleasant stay in musical instrument making area

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: Location & nescafe coffee maker in each room
Cons: Open the bar on weekends too
Location: Lots of musical instrument makers, sheet music supplies and books on musicians and music in surrounding streets. Easy access to St Lazar railway.
Pleasant stay, staff are helpful, rooms are compact but eith everything including a motion sensing nightlight for midnight ttips to the bathroom. Bar is closed Weekends and they only serve breakfast although room service meals can be ordered. Perfect location just far enough away from the Grand Magazin area but easily within walking distance.

Good hotel in nice location - close to metro

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Good location close to 2 metro stations Good cleanliness throughout Relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Staff could be more welcoming. They were efficient but not particularly friendly.
Location: No key attractions near by but easy access to metro stations made travel across Paris and to tourist destinations very easy
We had a great long weekend in Paris enjoying many of the traditional sights but also off the beaten track. The hotel is situated in a suburban street with a few nice bars and restaurants very close by. They are generally understated but offer a relaxed environment for a drink or leisurely meal.
